My elementary school had these and whenever they went off while I was inside the building, didn’t know that a fire drill is coming, and my ears were uncovered until those fire alarms began going off, they’ve scared me a lot. They were also on continuous.
The school I went to for 6th grade had one of these. It was outside of my classroom, near the staircase. The rest of the alarms were FOS. This was the odd one out lol.

The temperol horn code 3 and the continous horn sounds like siemens ummt fire alarm
It has the same tones and sound files as the U-MMT, and if I am not mistaken, these were the U-MMT's predecessor.
