I don't think so. The pace of the cars always depends on the tracks. In Saudi-Arabia the Mercedes cars were by far the fastest. Mercedes had a 1-2 in Race one and Race 2 was won by Mortara in the Venturi, which is also a Mercedes. In Mexico, Porsche had the fastest car and they took a 1-2. Now in Rome it was Jaguar. The only two teams that were consistent for most of the time were Envision and Techeetah. Its gonna be the fight for the title between those two and especially between Frijns and Vergne.
Coming from F1, I can now confidently say that Formula E is by far the more entertaining motorsport. Absolutely love Attack Mode + Battery Management which just adds so much more in terms of race strategy.
Evans in my opinion, got super lucky with that safety car, pretty much guaranteed him to have extra power for the entire rest of the race. But solid win, and nice sweep!
I think he's redeming himself after last season! And especially he so far drives much fairer and not like ass anymore (that job goes now to de Vries and di Grassi as usual^^)

Just wanted to say thanks to the person who put a picture of the cars and racecar drivers face on the position list whenever there is a camera focus. At the positions list on the left. For example at 2:05 onwards 👏 Perhaps one last suggestion is to actually put the Car number they are driving also on the list so casuals/new comers can just see Number and know between the 2 cars on the same team is which is which Perhaps inbetween the driver name and the team logo. So it isn't exactly next to the race positions. 👍

Unpredictable results, rough elbows out racing, a few recognisable names, street circuits that are different to the usual circuits (though tbh I'd love to see them at Spa or Silverstone), a few extra gimmicks like attack mode... I don't like it as much as f1 or rally, but it's something different.

@@Sarge714 Don't confuse the CBS Sports channel with the CBS network channel. Two different channels. One is an OTA channel and the other is solely a streaming channel. I watched both Rome ePrix races same day on CBSSN this weekend.
I feel like part of the strategy with attack mode, is that the drivers have to go off line to get it. Then, it's up to the driver's skill to make up time lost
Why do formula e cars make a markedly different sound to conventional F1 cars? I first heard it on rr3 and now hear but I still can't figure it. BTW, I'm an F1/E neophyte
Because their engines are entirely electric, the formula 1 cars are run on hybrid engines, they're predominantly combustion engines with the electric part for a power boost 👍
Great race, I enjoyed that very much! But what the hell is wrong with de Vries and di Grassi? They really manage to drive like ass and get penalties almost every time now. Why they even drive like that? It's not even helping them very much right now from their results...

Mitch has always been one of the best in this series. His qualifying always lets him down but always ends up making 10+ positions every race

Unlucky with qualifying on Saturday, then unlucky with the incident near the end on Sundays race. Hopefully his luck changes in Monaco.
Last year he came 7th from 16th on the grid, and he's won at Monaco before, so I expect he will be fast there

I think it’s around 275 kph, although since it’s street circuits they don’t hit that very often.
