Voter runs to constitutional court over age limit bill

A concerned citizen Pius Kabwisa has notified the Attorney General of his intentions to petition the Constitutional court if he doesn't exercise his legal mandate to advise the president not to assent to the recently passed constitution amendment bill which he says, is full of irregularities.
