Just a small advise to all the girls . U should not eat papaya while you are on ur periods it just increases ur 🩸 bleeding flow not all girls experience it but 85% girls experience it and also if u r eating papaya at early periods it can also lead to severe cramps, it also goes for honey too and also when a pregnant women eat papaya there are a very high chances that she can bleed which is not really good for the health of a baby and that's why fruits like mango and papaya are avoided while pregnancy but it is okay to eat mango on ur normal menstruation days
