Do u know if the spare springs are stronger? With the springs that came installed, the detent is so light that the blade bounces when I close it. Other than the light detent, I love this knife.
Reminds me of the scene from the movie 'men of honor' when he had to find all the pieces on the ocean floor and put the part together 😅 good stuff, Señor Lefty.
Excellent work. Ballsy, as always, to attempt it on camera and then post it as is. You could have edited it or even taken it back apart and done it in 10 minutes like you can now but we all show up for the authenticity.
This is why I have come to appreciate CRK knives so much. I like to clean my knives fairly often and wasting time f'in around with all these parts keeps me from buying one.
all i can imagine as i watch this is the constant torrent of the most vulgar language i'd be spewing into the atmosphere...and the size of the hole in the drywall the knife would make after i hurled the still disassembled pieces at the wall...good on ya, Kev!
Ba-ha, I'm sure it was a Gem. That's why I commented for the algo and gave it a 👍. Did you a TW Price Dawn V2.0 on that drop a while ago. Should be getting both mine delivered this month. Guaranteed to come with some "how much you want for that" comments, eh?
@@BuffaloNickel9 i didnt actually. Mostly cuz i thought the Framelock was a keeper. Just sold it. And then because it is a steel liner lock. Just not sure i wanted to spend $300 on that. Mental block not really an issue
Hey Kev , did you ever test that dry lube from KPL ? I got mine in the gift set not really sure if I like it , what’s your thoughts? Oh Happy New Year BTW
🤓 Fun times. The Clutch lock has kinda spoiled me when it comes to working with crossbar locks. But at least you get some content out of it, and for us to watch you suffer for 50min 🤣

@@Jason-mb7gk not with the Tao unless it says so on the bag. U can email them and they should be able to send them to u.
I appreciate it
I'm convinced that the owner found out you were doing the warranty work and sent it like that on purpose, waiting for this video. 😂
🤣 genius plan
24:13 in launches part into orbit 😂
When that happened I fell off my chair
Holy crap. That was amazing!!😂😂
I found the part later but not the spring 🤣
You're frustration is so satisfying. Not to sound like a jerk, but it's nice to not be the only one xD
Im a Man of the people Trent
If anyone would like to send me Knife puzzles please do. Sounds fun.
🤣
Came to see a knife assembly, stayed to watch Lefty mess with an axis lock for thirty minutes.
I can’t believe I watched this whole thing. 😵💫
Why did you 🤣
Good job Kev, I knew you could do it. 👏👍
Reminds me of the scene from the movie 'men of honor' when he had to find all the pieces on the ocean floor and put the part together 😅 good stuff, Señor Lefty.
🤣
No X Tao disassembly videos? ;)
😂
Wow a bag of parts your a man with patience
I'm at 31:00 and just hoping you figure out that washer has to point the other way into the scale:)
37:00 light bulb moment, at least I hope:)
😂
Time to find out if I really want to swap my omega springs...
Just the springs isn’t too difficult i did a video on that recently as well
That makes me appreciate the simple elegance of the Kizer clutch lock. 🤣🤣🤣
Yea kinda agree
Next time just glue the damn lanyard pin in place, or throw it in the nearest river 🤣
Excellent work. Ballsy, as always, to attempt it on camera and then post it as is. You could have edited it or even taken it back apart and done it in 10 minutes like you can now but we all show up for the authenticity.
Yea that would be a lot of extra work 😂
Nice work! Great video 👍
Your an awesome dude brother. Good video brother 👍
Wtf 😂
you’re a good man señor lefty
This is why I quit getting benchmades. I never had an omega break but I hated disassembling them so much.

Gave you a like! But, I can't put myself through the visual torture & mental frustration of watching your disassembly videos😄
Ud love this one. There is no disassembly

Minor testing i agree. Its def meant for cases where u have to use it haha. Not gonna be better than the normal lube
Brutal 😂
Absolutely beautiful work from a bag of madness into a fully functional piece once again Top Man Lefty🫵👍
