One thing I've noticed about Heather is that even tho she's a jerk to people, she doesn't actually hate anyone, she dislikes them but she doesn't hate them and does care about people. This happened even in Island before she had a glow up. Heather is a very interesting character to me and feels real which is why she's one of my favorite characters

You forgot when Sugar saved Max from being mauled by a bear, when she saved everyone's life by lunging for Scarlett and tying her up, and when she tried to cheer Dave up from getting over Sky. Really if she hadn't come from such an abusive and pageantry-filled household, she'd have been a nice person, and that's why I feel people often misinterpret how well-written a character she is.
Also, Scarlett and the rest of her team glared at Suger for laughing at Ella's heartbroken state when Dave accidentally rejected her. This was the same girl who went psycho and threatened to let the island blow up.
Also Gwen helps Duncan cheat on Courtney Harold cheats Courtney out of the competition Eva claims “unless they want to leave in body bags, they will not say my name” And Leshawna fake crying

Even though Heather is a total mean girl, I must say I love her character development in the show especially when she gave Cody advice on how to deal with Sierra and see DJ so upset. Sugar even told Chris he should have helped them instead of sitting around drinking coffee. Also Duncan giving DJ a pet bunny is very sweet, even Courtney said so.😇
I mean she used to be kinder in the first season. She became a pragmatic villain once she realized being nice and caring only ended in her getting voted off... So she's making sure she won't do the same mistake🤷♀️
lightning and tdas scott might be the most neutral mean characters for lightning he is to dumb to understand any mistakes or worries and is always the type of guy who sees winning as number one priority but he has somewhat of an idiotic heart and scott in tdas is just your lovable dickhead who litterally wouldn't hurt be an idiot and do something to someone without a reason like when mal (who was to obvious but still) tricked him to think that gwen was one of the main reasons why courtney was kicked out (even if it was part of courtney's plan)
Well you forgot the scene where Courtney helped izzy when she hit her head I am only remarking it because it's the only time Courtney was bearable also she was just acting to be nice to Beth she already knew Courtney was trying to manipulate her
Heather being nice kinda grows on me a bit but I still hate her and why I like Alejandro better but to be fair Heather is pure evil but a reason why she is broken is becuz she finally realizes why ppl hate her despite sayin ppl like her cuz she's popular but realistically every Total drama contestant hated her and her parents never cared for her and for Alejandro he is pure evil but is only broken becuz his older brother Jose is an asshole and to be fair Jose is the real pure evil villain
