(Dengan nama Allah, yang tidak akan berbahaya dengan namaNya, segala sesuatu di bumi dan langit, Dia-lah Yang Maha Mendengar lagi Maha Mengetahui.)

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ البَرَصِ، وَالْجُنُونِ، وَالْجُذَامِ، وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ
(Ya Allah aku berlindung dengan-Mu daripada penyakit sopak[1], gila, kusta[2] dan penyakit-penyakit yang buruk)
[Riwayat Abu Daud (1554)] [Menurut Syeikh Syuaib al-Arna’outh sanad hadith ini adalah sahih]
[1] SOPAK atau dalam bahasa perubatannya vitiligo merupakan sejenis penyakit kulit yang membuatkan penghidapnya mempunyai kulit bertompok-tompok putih yang tidak mempunyai pigmen.Kehadirannya dipercayai berpunca daripada masalah pigmentasi, yang mana sel-sel yang menghasilkan pigmen, iaitu melanosit, dirosakkan oleh auto antibody atau antibodi yang dihasilkan oleh pesakit itu sendiri.
[2] Penyakit kusta atau juga dikenali sebagai penyakit Hansen juga Leprosy, merupakan penyakit berjangkit yang disebabkan oleh jangkitan Mycobacterium leprae. Nama penyakit Hansen datang daripada orang yang menjumpai Mycobacterium leprae, G. A. Hansen. Pengidap penyakit Hansen biasanya dipanggil pesakit kusta atau dalam bahasa Inggeris lepers, walaupun penggunaan istilah lepers semakin ditinggalkan kerana jumlah pesakit yang berkurangan dan sebagai mengelak stigma buruk yang dikaitkan dengan pesakit kusta.
Permulaanya ia merupakan penyakit granuloma kepada saraf periferi dan membran mukosa yang berada di trek pernafasan atas; kudis kulit adalah tanda awal luaran. Jika tidak dirawat atau dilengah-lengahkan rawatan, serangan kusta boleh jadi lebih progresif, menyebabkan kerosakan kekal pada kulit, saraf, otot dan mata. Berbanding cerita-cerita rakyat, kusta tidak menyebabkan seluruh bahagian badan jatuh, walaupun ia menyebabkan bahagian organ badan kebas atau menyebabkan penyakit dari jangkitan; perkara-perkara ini berlaku apabila sistem pertahanan tubuh semulajadi telah diserang oleh penyakit awal. Jangkitan kedua, boleh menyebabkan kehilangan tisu organ, menyebabkan jari dan ibu jari menjadi lebih pendek dan terbantut, disebabkan kartilej disedut oleh badan. اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيْعِ سَخَطِكَ
Allaahumma innii a'uudzu bika min zawaali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'aafiyatik, wa fujaa-ati niqmatik, wa jamii'i sakhathik.
Ya Allah, aku berlindung kepada-Mu dari hilangnya nikmat-Mu, dari berubahnya afiat-Mu, dari bencana yang datang tiba-tiba dan dari semua kemurkaan-Mu.
HR. Muslim.

اَ إِلَـٰهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّيْ كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِيْنَ
Laa ilaaha illaa anta, subhaanaka, innii kuntu minazh-zhoolimiin.
Tidak ada sesembahan yang berhak disembah kecuali Engkau. Maha Suci Engkau. Sesungguhnya aku termasuk orang-orang yang zalim.

اَللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ بَدَنِيْ، اَللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ سَمْعِيْ، اَللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ بَصَرِيْ، لاَ إِلَـٰهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، لاَ إِلَـٰهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ
Allaahumma 'aafinii fii badanii, allaahumma 'aafinii fii sam'ii, allaahumma 'aafinii fii bashorii, laa ilaaha illaa anta
allaahumma innii a'uudzu bika min 'adzaabil qobr, laa ilaaha illaa anta
Ya Allah, selamatkan tubuhku (dari penyakit dan yang tidak aku inginkan). Ya Allah, selamatkan pendengaranku (dari penyakit dan maksiat atau sesuatu yang tidak aku inginkan). Ya Allah, selamatkan penglihatanku, tidak ada sesembahan yang berhak disembah kecuali Engkau
Ya Allah, aku berlindung kepadaMu dari siksa kubur, tidak ada sesembahan yang berhak disembah kecuali Engkau

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ العَفْوَ وَالعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ، اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ العَفْوَ وَالعَافِيَةَ فِي دِينِي وَدُنْيَايَ وَأَهْلِي وَمَالِي، اَللَّهُمَّ اسْتُرْ عَوْرَاتِي، وَآمِنْ رَوْعَاتِي، اَللَّهُمَّ احْفَظْنِي مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيَّ، وَمِنْ خَلْفِي، وَعَنْ يَمِينِي، وَعَنْ شِمَالِي، وَمِنْ فَوْقِي، وَأَعُوذُ بِعَظَمَتِكَ أَنْ أُغْتَالَ مِنْ تَحْتِي
Allaahumma innii as-alukal 'afwa wal 'aafiyata fid-dunyaa wal aakhiroh, allaahumma innii as-alukal 'afwa wal 'aafiyata fii dinii, wa dunyaaya, wa ahlii, wa maalii, allaahummas-tur 'aurootii, wa aamin rou'aatii, allaahummah-fazhnii min baini yadayya, wa min kholfii, wa 'an yamiinii, wa 'an syimaalii, wa min fauqii, wa a'uudzu bi'azhomatika an ugh-taala min tahtii.
Ya Allah, sesungguhnya aku memohon maaf (ampunan) dan keselamatan di dunia dan akhirat. Ya Allah, sesungguhnya aku memohon maaf (ampunan) dan keselamatan dalam agama, dunia, keluarga dan hartaku. Ya Allah, tutupilah auratku (aurat badan, cacat, aib dan sesuatu yang tidak layak dilihat orang) dan tenteramkanlah aku dari rasa takut. Ya Allah, peliharalah aku dari muka, belakang, kanan, kiri dan atasku. Aku berlindung dengan kebesaranMu, agar aku tidak disambar dari bawahku (oleh ulat, tenggelam atau ditelan bumi dan lain-lain).
