When my grandkids were young, we had a fog machine in the house. We played Halloween music & when trick or treaters came & we opened the door, all the fog rolled out. The kids jumped around & had so much fun. I also took a simple skull mask ( taped up openings & 2 surgical gloves [no powder], froze water in them , them floated in our ",bloody" punch. It was simple & so much fun.

Here in the UK, we don't celebrate Halloween. We might get a couple of kids trick or treating, but they don't usually bother to dress up much, if at all. Having said that, I do like to put Autumn (Fall) decorations up to brighten up the inside of the house.
I love mums too! I put two on either side of the stairs on my porch but they die within 4 weeks so I hate that! 🙁 I usually end up getting two sets. Two in Sept and another 2 when the first 2 die in Oct
Bath & Body Works associate here! I saw you had one of our wallflowers plugged in under your kitchen cabinet. Just be really careful with that because the oil can ruin your cabinets! They recommend a 4ft clearance just to be safe! 💕

I have to water my mums every day or they start to wilt. I also buy from the farmers market instead of big box stores. I feel like they're heartier vs being grown in a green house. 🤷♀️

Those color things are color smoke you light it and it’s makes a smoky look and it’s that color.
Also check Walmart, they have big bunches of silk mums. I get so many compliments on them.
The secret to keeping them alive is a lot of water!! I water mine every single day sometimes twice a day if it’s really hot outside. 👍🏻

Just a tip you should always take batteries out of things that you won’t be using. They corrode & ruin whatever they are in.

When you get mums get the ones that aren't open yet that way they don't die soo quickly and I water them evey over day or every 2 days
