- Happy Almost Halloween!!! We are counting down with our last Halloween decorate with me video and It is filled with tons of DIY's to make this next week of Halloween the best ever!! Cheeseburger soup recipe: Slow Cooker Cheeseburger soup!!
Ingredients
4 cups peeled and diced potatoes
1 small onion, diced
1 stalk celery, chopped
3/4 cup shredded carrots
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
3 cups chicken broth
8 ounces ground beef + tablespoon oil
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups half and half or heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
optional: additional cheese, bacon bits, green onion
Instructions
1. Add potatoes, diced onion, celery, carrots, basil, parsley, and chicken broth to the slow cooker. Cook on low 7-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
2. About 30 minutes before serving, add oil and ground beef to a large sauce pan and stir over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until browned. Transfer to a bowl and wipe out the pan with a paper towel.
3. Add butter to pan and stir until melted. Add flour and stir until mixture clumps up. Slowly whisk in milk (half and half OR heavy cream) until mixture thickens. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder and sour cream.
4. Add cream mixture, ground beef, and shredded cheese to Crockpot. Stir to combine all ingredients. Serve warm and top with additional cheese, bacon bits, and green onions if desired. - บันเทิง

Wow, everything was so cool and I especially loved the cauldron and the ghost candleholders! I agree with you on the Reese’s peanut butter cups. I have those in my candy bowl right now and it’s almost empty! Lol everything looked great! Today I’ve been crazy excited because I am turning my guestroom into an 80s room. I got a vintage 1980s original Pac-Man arcade game delivered today and my husband and I are over the moon! I even got a cool 80s bedspread with wild colors and geometric shapes and of course a swatch phone on the nightstand next to it. I know you’re too young to remember all of that but once I get it all decorated I’ll email you some pictures! Hope you have a great week!

Rose! Becareful with the adhesive tape that comes with the bats. Mine peeled off my paint last year when I took the bats off last year. 😢 Use painters tape instead.❤
