I would definitely make the front room a playroom! It makes more sense for it to be downstairs in my opinion 😊
I would definitely make that the play Room downstairs so you can make the other play Room Into an actual Room somehow I'm sure you guys can think of something You guys are very creative....

I'd suggest against turning the loft into a bedroom like others suggested. Since y'all have stated this is not your forever home, be sure to think of the resale of the home. And a loft is a nice selling point vs an upstairs that's 100% bedroom.
For the loft I think turning it into a "quiet area" or "reading area" or similar. Have couches/chairs, no toys. Bookshelves with books for the kids. Even desks to allow for schoolwork/artwork.
Something comforting about the end of day cleaning though. It finalizes the day, and you're on to the next one!!
I think u should do a “reverse video”. Show the video clean to start and then show how it gets dirty/messy, then back to clean. Probably a night-day-night pattern.

I think it would be really fun to watch Frank build a little playhouse in the backyard! Really fun for the kids and for us to watch. Have a little table and chairs in there, with cute touches like curtains and welcome sign.

Set up the vacuum holder that it comes with! The charger goes through the hole, so when you hang it up, it automatically charges and you don’t have to worry about charging it :)

You should totally turn the front room into a nicely decorated playroom. It just makes sense; I mean who is going to come in and think ew, toys? I mean, the people who visit you know you have kids. 😆 We have the same layout as your house for the most part and we did choose to make the front room a playroom. It has some wall shelves with the black L brackets and the cubicals with the fabric drawers and a big rug. I think it looks really good for having a playroom at the front of your house. 😆 Plus with a new baby coming, that little pile in the corner of your living will only get bigger! 😆 Do what’s best for your family; YOU are the ones who live there. :)

I would like to see a spring cleaning type of video for each of the seasons. This way things that only get done quarterly or even seasonally (just around the holidays for example) might be able to be included. Also a video of getting house ready before delivery of the baby. Deep cleaning etc all the nooks and crannies type of thing.

I watch all his projects and have learned a few tricks that made my house projects go faster and more smoothly. I'm retired and taking on all the projects to have been on hold due to concentrated time needs and the amount of travel my job took.

I love the teamwork! I have a cordless vacuum with two batteries that you can swap out, which is great because I would also totally forget to charge it every time haha.
I wish my husband would help me clean up but he won’t unless I ask and I don’t feel I should have to ask. You are so lucky to have Frank. I agree about making the room downstairs a playroom and turning the playroom upstairs into a bedroom.
Also I think the kids nighttime routine in detail separately (one video for each child) would be fun!m to watch!

I’m curious if Frank would ever consider opening his own detailing shop since that is something he seems to really enjoy?
