Also got dreams where I would try to wake up and when I woke up I would just end up back in my dream, in a loop. Super annoying and uncomfortable. Felt like hours. And as a coffee addict; yeah I should probably drink way less. Anyone else drink way too much coffee?

When I did experience it, I would also hear sounds and see random lights and shapes. Add in internal screaming to move and wake up and I never want to have it again.
I never had sleep paralysis, but I'm addicted to caffeine. I stopped drinking coffee, just to, a few weeks later, be drinking black tea religiously. I'm not myself without it.

I have! I've used thunderstorms as part of the ambiance in a few audios where it felt right to do so (or the script called for it) and I've also used isolated thundercracks to underscore stupid jokes in some of my wackier audios.

We are all on this planet for a brief time and making the most of our existence looks different for everyone. There's nothing wrong with that! However: if you're not content with the way things are? Well, that's another matter. That said: I don't believe in change, per se. I believe in growth. If by nature you're a prickly sunflower seed, it's pointless trying to change yourself into a shrinking violet. You will always be a sunflower, and only find discontent comparing yourself to--and trying to blend in with--the violets. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to grow into the best sunflower you can be. Better a sunflower that became its best self, who finds other sunflowers, than remain a seed simply to spite the violets. But that's just my take, so...ignore it if you want! Ultimately, your life is your own, and you get to decide what to do with it. 💖💖

I'm a student and i'm terrible at it, like, my results are actually ok but i should be able to push myself way more, and yet i just dont. I study at the last moments and my already shitty sleep schedule get even worse before exams, it's almost like i purposely put my back against the wall. When it comes to relationships i have 2 choices, 1 actively seeking them (i dont see myself as someone seeking relationships but rather as someone independant enough not to rely on anyone emotionally) , 2 acting like i am like what i described above and dismiss the value of relationships entirely (i dont see myself as a sore loser dismissing what he doesnt have access to), so in the end i'm kinda stuck. I'm not content with the way things are but honestly i dont think ill ever be content, thats just not something that ever comes to my mind, and one may think this means ill never get bored of life, but actually as i know nothing ill do will matter to me i keep doubting about my actions: why do anything at all if the only person for who it matters dont care about it?
