Sonic 3: Ultimate Megamix is a modpack for Sonic 3 A.I.R. As a title says itself - it's a global mix from several games especially Sonics. Sonic and the Fallen Star, Sonic Time Twisted, Sonic Triple Trouble, Sonic Mania, Sonic CD, Sonic 3D Blast, Sonic Classic Trilogy and other Sonic games in general. Mostly replaced are textures, soundtrack, sprites and even sounds!

amazingly detailed characters's sprites. (Ray has glitches)
Shadow has the Sonic rush abilities, but sonic don't???? O_o
sfx is terrible...
ring pick-up sound from sonic advance, spindash from sonic generations, jump sound from sonic CD, weird boss hit sound, braking sound is like was taken from a car... and more... it's a bad idea to mix sounds with different bitrate and bit depth together...
I like the idea of using remix versions of levels music, but something is still feels off...
the level-design of the angel island zone is... i don't even know how to say that to not offend the megamix team if they truly decided to finally leave genesis rom hacking... i'll just say... it's their style...
some level backgrounds are too bright and sharp, making it hard to see the character.
Maybe I should reinstall s3air
