In ultimate battle, Kiryu is in the strongest dragon state (have all abilities unlocked included climax heat action damage boost, overall damage boost and further damage boost while in full health). In this state Kiryu heat actions are ridiculously powerful (especialy with dragon style because all heat gauge are climax heat).
Look at those actions he missed on purpose with white shadows, that is a temporary DPS boost. Also keep the HP bar at maximum and Heat Gauge at red will further boost Kiryu's DPS
