A Friendship That Built An Orphanage

Filipina Maria Teresa used to work for the family of Singaporean Thomas Wee. Today, both have come together as friends to help street children and orphans in Maria’s hometown in the Philippines.
They co-founded Willing Hearts Orphanage in 2008, welcoming girls and boys aged four to 12 years.
At Willing Hearts, they provide not just a home, but food, security and love, as well. They also sponsor the kids’ education at local schools.
