Ever since i am not able to sleep on either sides due to the pain and the movement and flexibity of my hand is restricted. Feels like an upper inner arm muscle has an issue or the minor pectorial musle is affected too please help. Shifting the slightest in bed brings tears to my eyes with a lot of pain
