Railway is not accountable for Safety of Kerala’s citizens. State Government is. Can’t pass the bucks.
What was the MLA and District collector doing? District collector is ex officio Executive Magistrate. Why didn’t he summon the Railway officials when they delayed the work.
When the Collector didn’t act, what did the relevant Department Secretary do?
Did the Corporation secretary seek legal advise and Govt Secretary’s support when railway was delaying?
Chief secretary is competent enough to call the Chairman of Railway board and get the ball rolling. Was the Chief Secretary involved in the loop?
