Revenue Target for FBR= 6,573 BN
NFC Fund =2,573 for Provinces
Rs6,573-Rs2,573BN=Rs3,700 BN
Provincial Surplus= Rs242BN
After adding Provincial surplus=Rs242BN+ Rs3,700BN= Rs3,942BN
Exp= Rs7,136BN - Rs 3,942BN(Govt Revenue now)=Rs 3,200 BN
Rs 3,200BN DEFICIT
