as far as tools needed
4in grinder with 80g sanding wheel
big 6 in-mouth Chanel locks
100% silicone at Lowes or any home improvement store
caulk gun
drill
hole saw kit 3in and 2 3/8 wood bits
saw saw
plumbing glue and primer
and misc hand tools.

why not drill from the outside and keep all the fiberglass dust out of the pool? could drill pilot hole from inside then hand off to outside guy

Was it 2" pvc for drain and return but 2" tee with 1.5" for the heads?

What do you mean by heads? The returns?

@@jonport_ sorry. What I meant to say. Is the pipe from the pump 2”? And when the tee is installed for the supply heads was it a 2” tee with a 1.5” top @ the 21.24 minute mark those are the tee’s I am asking about Sorry if that doesn’t make sense kind of hard to explain.

Yes your correct on both. Those return fitting are 1 1/2 so we have to use a 2in T with a 1 1/2 reducer fitting
