yess! I did this but instead of splitting the bottom half and pulling the top through it I split the top and pulled the bottom through it and it worked!
you need to have A LOT of hair for this to work. not just in length but in density as well. i have verylong but pretty thin hair, and I can do this hairstyle but the top portion that you flip over at the end isn't quite enough to cover what's going on underneath. it's a nice technique though
Right, I'm really struggling to style a ponytail with waist lenght hair, but fine and thinner. I really want a little bit of a bump at the top, but if I do this you can always see it's two separate sections. Idk what to do, don't want to use extensions. And teasing looks ridiculous with smooth hair that doesn't even hold it in place, and I already have enough breakage 😂 have u figured out something that works for you?

You can use products to make your hair less frizzy. That’s what I did and my hair is not frizzy whatsoever.

Trust me you DON'T WANT a thick hair. It uses so much SHAMPOO 😂 and it takes 1 or 2 hour for my hair to fully dry😬
