How did this get pushed to so many people? I have no idea what this is and why it even has a 2.0 version, couldn't find info online

Sounds like a huge improvement over Hellobleed 1.0

maybe next time start with a quick "hellobleed is X" even if you assume people know. Because we don't and it's a missed opportunity.

This is incredible. Finally being able to fill both bottom and up bleeding areas without having to deal with bleed overhead of bleed areas of the old number of original pages. A book with 42 pages now has less bleed (and are grouped) with adjacent bleed pages when switching duplicated facing bleeding (i.e bleed-on on all sides without bleed-in for artworks bigger than 42 pages).
    Props to the team!

Hey, you, yes, you, the one who uses many words - can you explain what Hellobleed even is?

I think this tech is something to do with books?

I work in print, and bleed is a print term. It's a few milimetres of "extra" space beyond your actual intended print space where you still put content such as your images and color backgrounds such that when you print it and cut it, an inaccurate cut (which even with the pinpoint laser precision machines of professional printers will happen because of the natural movement of paper) won't have you having a slight bit of white on the edge.
Essentially this is how you get to have edge to edge color on your posters. Printers don't actually print edge to edge; they straight up can't and trying to get that to work has been a very difficult technical challenge. So we print extra, typically 5mm, and trim it off. Simpler and cheaper.
This channel apparently belongs to HelloPrint, which is an online printer.
If I had to guess, Hellobleed is a Canva or Adobe software (most likely InDesign, as it is the one that you do print in) plugin for smarter bleed management. I think this might be related to InDesign, because "scripts" is the form most plugins for it take.
I fail to make heads or tails of what exactly this does differently or how it helps, though.

I was so hoping this had to do with greeting blood

I also googled "what is hellobleed?" and checked the other videos in the channel, but didn't have much luck...
What I'm getting is that Hellobleed could be some tipe of plugin or addon for Adobe Indesign that makes preparing your projects for printing somehow easier(?) But I'm not very confident about anything.
In the first uploaded video they talk mention "Helloview" and say you can "get it" from the link in the description, but the link takes me to a google forms thing in a language I don't speak. It doesn't seem to be related at all.
It would be fun if this was actually an ARG though

Если я правильно понял, синие прямугольники значительно лучше и важнее розовых
