Replacing the controller on the Levy / Levy Plus Electric Scooters

The controller only needs to be replaced if there is a malfunction on your scooter and is usually indicated by a "C" error code on the LCD display. Replacing the motor controller on the Levy and Levy Plus electric scooters is the same process for each model, and will require removing the screws on the stem of the scooter. Before attempting to replace your controller, please reach out to our support team so we can ensure you are ordering the right controller component based on the version of your electric scooter.
Tools you'll need:
T25 torx bit (for screws on the scooter stem)
Additionally, you may need new screws for the stem of your scooter, depending on their condition; they can be purchased here.

Question what about the black cord that if it's not in the groove the controller will not come out what does that do ? And what if that's damaged what do I do ?

Obviously these people do not know how to respond to questions. More than likely it had a partial fault in the controller and that's why they had to replace the controller. We just had one coming our shop recently although the display would light up the controller was still partially defective. After running some tests on the motor side everything checked out good even though there were no codes it was still the controller

you arent showing removal for the levy plus controller? there is a connector in the battery compartment that links to the controller. How is this removed

I know this is a while back but obviously these people don't know how to respond to any questions. The controller is a brainbox similar to the ECM in a car it feeds all the information to the LCD display the motor brake excetera it's a controller has a fault in it some things may work Others May not or the controller can simply be burnt out and will not do anything at all the majority of the time it is a mosfit that burnes out.
