This is great!!! When are we going to see your skate section? Something I have been wondering for a while as a newly returning blader- as a teen I was always more focused on the feet for grinds. But I wonder now if I was missing some sort of essential principle on how to engage the core and upper legs for grinds. When you mentioned flexibility I started wondering that....anyways when are you dropping your section?
Haha hey Tyrone 😊 I’ve thought about a section recently. I’m focused on Roll Through Fear and strengthening with it my mind, body, and spirit. If a section blossoms in the mix then so be it. One thing at a time though for this human. I feel you though. As we get older we need to keep up on strengthening our bodies. Pushing our limits on the floor and breaking a solid sweat. Especially if we want to keep feeling good on our skates and off them too. I’ve found a couple 10 minute yoga videos on here that I do before I get into bed and first thing when I wake up in the morning. Game changers. Even 20 minute workout videos that I find difficult but I know over time, I’ll keep feeling stronger and skating will feel better. I higher recommend you jump on board with me. Just like the back unity relates with regular acid on it's just turn the back foot 90° to achieve the foot position to back unity the sweat come from de front farv, its the same jump/entering but the front feet instead of a torque you make him a fishbrain :) and the same for kind that comes from front royale making the back feet a AO fish.
