Have you thought about hiring a postpartum doula? Cooking, cleaning, laundry, breastfeeding counselor ect. Help with the big kids!! Lots and lots of benefits!

Kayla, I’m like you not very clean or organized but something that I’ve learned and I’m trying to adopt recently to reduce the mess is have a spot for every thing. Also getting my 2yr old to also understand that. Having said that my home is still not spotless especially having an infant and 2yr old. However I’m getting better.
I just love how excited Riley is for the cat haha and I love the key lime chobani also! Something about those just hit the spot :)
I do the no fold method for my kids and it is the way to go! I hang their dresses; but I have a bin for tops, bottoms, jammies, and next season/next size. This has really helped with staging on top of laundry and then I’m not mad if they unload it all. Also helps them feel more independent picking their outfits.
I also started natural family planning because of you. Im not catholic and so we’re not as strict, but it has been working well for 8 months! :)

I’m very bad with overstimulation and get very irritable in general. I’m on my second pregnancy, third child. My first is adopted and I’m so worried about how I’m going to keep things calm in the house. We shall see. Good luck! I’m sure you will be able to find a flow although it may take a little time.

Overstimulation is a real thing. I bought these noise reducing ear buds. I hate ear buds, but these bring down noise by 16 decibels and it’s a God send 🙌🏽

I bought noise reductions ear buds too and I agree it definitely helps a lot.
Be kind to yourself postpartum, it’s a very difficult stage, the fourth trimester that no one talks about, n speak to people who can support you when u need it, I would really recommend not getting pregnant like for at least two years after giving birth, pregnancy birth n postpartum r do hard on a woman’s body n it really takes a toll on u mentally physically n emotionally as I’m sure u know, so be kind to yourself first and foremost ❤❤
Oh girly I'll have two in diapers 😂😂. My toddler is 1 and I'll have my newborn this coming Monday 😂. Super scared because I'll have a c section. Also any tips on making the pancakes to freeze think I'm going to make some this week.
Have you thought about putting both kids in the back? Then you wouldn't have a seat in the garage at when trying to buckle them, they'd both get to be in the back, and youd have an open seat if anyone needed to ride closer to baby.
The best thing I bought postpartum were the Loop ear plugs that dampen sound. I felt like I could finally breathe with them in. Still could hear everything but it turned the volume down.
We JUST got our 4.5 y old to poop on the toilet for the first time. He's been ok with pee for a year and a half. But he would NOT poop on the toilet. We finally lived in the bathroom for 2 days to get it to happen. Like full on locked ourselves in and didn't leave. It was insane.
I REALLY hope the future sibling is a lot easier. It's been such a struggle and I've felt like such a failure that this is taking so long. Hoping we turned a corner now 😅

I’m sure you have videos about this but how different were your symptoms between your first and second pregnancies? My daughter is almost 2 and a half and I just found out I’m pregnant and it all feels very different from the first time. I’m not sure what to expect.

We had to go full undies with our son too. He would get lazy when he knew he was in a pull up. Full undies(even at night) for about 3 full days and he was potty trained.
This made me feel so much better! My almost 3 year old son is not ready for potty training. I tried and he cried and wouldn’t use the potty and I did the underwear method and he just held it and wouldnt pee at all. People keep asking me about if he’s potty trained yet and make a face when I say no.
It’s ok, my son wasn’t potty trained until he was 4.
My daughter is 3 and will be 4 in a month and hopefully start pre k in august too still working on potty training for her

I'm the crazy mom that took her kid out in public from day 1. My daughter came home from the hospital on the Tram and bus (we lived in Switzerland and driving a car in the city is extremely expensive. The hospital was in the city). I went to Germany when she was 4 days old on the Tram. When my daughter was a month old we flew to Spain. When she was 7 weeks old we flew from Switzerland to the US. I had family that I wanted to see that couldn't travel to Switzerland. My daughter's immune system is rock solid. She's 4.5 and only been sick 3 times. The first time she got sick was at 15 months. It was right when Covid started. She had a high fever and diarrhea. 😊Yes she's been in daycare. It feels like taking her out and exposing her to things was a good idea.
What's a co-op?
Home School co-ops are groups of parents that cooperate with each other to teach some subjects with their kids together. They usually meet once every week or two. You are still responsible for most of their schooling at home, but you still come together to do some subjects. One parent might know how to teach an instrument really well and host a music class, or one parent might have a love of scientific or mathematical knowledge and your children would benefit from learning those particular subjects from someone else, etc. Other classes may just be more group oriented, like folk dancing or choir singing, which would be impossible to teach with just one or a handful of your own children.

it doesn't seem like the rhythm method really works...so I think u can expect more babies for sure!!!!!!
NFP is not the rhythm method. NFP relies on actual signs your body gives that it is less or more fertile, where the rhythm methid was based on faulty science that every woman was on a 28 day cycle and ovulated on day 14 I believe. NFP when done right can be just as effective as any other method.
You look amazing momma totally got the pregnancy glow! Pregnancy so suits you and you got the cutest bump! You ate a beautiful pregnant goddess and legit could be a pregnant model! How much weight have you gained? Do you have any stretch marks and are you using anything for them? Did you do maternity photos or a belly cast? Do you have the pregnancy waddle? Do you have any embarrassing symptoms like lots of gas farting burping etc or just embarrassing symptoms in general? Have you ever gotten any rude or offensive comments due to the size of your bump? Do you have trouble finding clothes that fit and cover the bump? Have you ever ever had anyone ask to rub or touch the bump to feel baby move or kick? How do you feel about belly touches? How many kids do you want? How has hubby been bonding with baby any tips? Have you had any trouble bending over to pick things up or shave your legs or other areas below the bump any tips? Have your boobs or butt grown during pregnancy? I know this might be something you want to keep private but how has your sex drive and intimacy been during pregnancy? You should do the baby momma dance video and pre pregnancy clothes try on challenge video before you pop!

Don’t let the kids smother the cat and carry it around a lot bc that will make the cat turn out mean when it gets bigger like biting and really scratching them!!!!!!!!!!! I’m deadly serious!!!!!!!!!! The cat 🐈 will need its space ya know what I mean?!?!We have a cat and we adopted her and she came from a family that had a 4 year old daughter and she carried it around a lot and hung the cat by its neck and just didn’t give the cat some space and the cat ran away down the street to our house and we saw how the cat was treated…..also our little grandaughter had a cat when she was 5 and carried it around all the time and the cat started scratching and biting her really bad and they almost had to get rid of the cat bc she didn’t give it some space!!!!!!!! She wasn’t mean to the cat or anything but she wanted to smother it with attention!!!!!! My little grandson got a cat actually they have 3 cats and have had them since they were 6 weeks old and they just smother the cats with attention and now you can hardly touch the cat without it getting kinda mean to him!!!!! So just beware of Riley wanting to smother the cat with alot of attention and so forth!!!!!!! Let the kitten have some space and there is nothing wrong with the cat going under the couch at all but if it does that’s a good indication that it wants some apace!!!!!! So let the cat be!!!!!!!!!it needs some space and room!!!!!!!!
