Is a muffler delete “legal”? I looked up exhaust laws in Tennessee and it’s technically required to have a muffler although I know it’s not emissions. That’s why most people seem to get modified mufflers for noise instead of straight pipe. Most cops seem to turn a blind eye. The spokesman in the video said we do everything legal here so was just curious.
