Thanks for this guys. I can tell this guy working on it had a lot of fun with this. I'm glad I get to hear each one. And get a good idea of what I want.
The 5.7L hemi can get away with muffler deletes. They are a little raspy up top but they sound best as a true dual setup with x or h pipe. The lack of one ruins the tone.
I've noticed with the Ram's with the rev hang? I get it for emissions and "fuel trimming" but the Charger/Challengers don't and normally Trucks skate the emission regs more than passenger cars. I ruins the snappiness of an NA.
Maybe I'm not understanding, so I'll ask just. Is the only difference between the mid-muffler delete and the Y-Pipe, is the fact that you ALSO cut off the back two resonators and that's what you're defining as Y-Pipe? Thanks for your time
Hey, Exhaust Addicts, whats the average cost of these deletes? I really want to get something done to my bimmer. Your work is always perfect. I wouldn't mind traveling from Texas up to you.
SO I still wonder.. The Chevy 350 was 5.7L, right? Why are these new engines still the same size? Why not make it a 6L or 6.6L like a Pontiac 400 engine?
I've got a 2022 Ram 1500 Crew Cab with factory exhaust... Had a 2012 with Super 44 flowmasters with resonators still on... Want new truck louder... What y'all recommend?
Well my question is with the straight pipes will it pass DEQ? I don't want to spend the money to remove the muffles just to find out I can't pass DEQ here in Oregon
Can't stand that cackling noise that comes from high revs. Call me old fashioned but str8 pipe/true duals make the truck sound ragged out. Gimme a deep throaty sound any day of the week. That's the sound of POWER!!
Agree. How do i get that louder than stock low end growl without that loud snap/popping sound? I'm thinking just a different muffler and leave the resonators?
You will never get 100% same sound because of the harmonics of a truck and car are totally different. that's why an old f150 with a 302 sounds nothing like an old mustang with a 302. you can get sort of close but never the same when comparing a truck to a car.
Where are you guys located? I'm in ohio and have a 21 5.7 hemi ram that I would like to have true dulled with an x pipe... can someone send me contact info
Dude try turning the volume ON when you watch a video instead of using your imagination. This isn't a silent film from the 1920s. The true duals with the 6" tips was louder. By 4 decibels. They measured it.
@@oscardeneergaard2132 I don't think you understand how decibels work. And increase of 3 db is an 100% increase to sound energy and about 25% increase in loudness. It's a 4 db increase here so yeah, it's definitely much of a difference👍🏾.
Bruh, yall removed all the scavenging ability of the headers there cutting it off for "true duals". 🤦♂️ You have to have a joining union with an X or an H pipe connection to have that work properly.

I have a true dual setup on a different vehicle
H pipe....
Those 6 inch tips sound the BEST!!!! I need those for my 2011 Ram 5.7 Hemi asap!
Right on!
Yup, I have the muffler delete and Y-pipe and sounds awesome!! True duals are a little to loud.
True duals is definitely the move appreciate the video just got my 2015 ram hemi and will be doing this ASAP
Glad we could help!
@Jorge Garcia you won’t regret it!
Where are yall located
Nice, I would like to hear one with X pipe duals
Well put together video on this one brother! Keep the awesome content coming. Watch and like all your videos every day LOL
I absolutely love the cat back true duals done to my 2016. Sounds absolutely vicious when I mat it.
I've noticed with the Ram's with the rev hang? I get it for emissions and "fuel trimming" but the Charger/Challengers don't and normally Trucks skate the emission regs more than passenger cars. I ruins the snappiness of an NA.
True duals is definitely the way to go
True duals for the win!!
Y Pipe for me.. I currently have a muffler delete. What about droning on Y pipe ? (I dont intend do have any resonators at all)
Maybe I'm not understanding, so I'll ask just.

What size pipes was the true dual ? Appeared to be a smaller diameter than 3"...were they 2.5" ?
How much you charge for the TRUE DUALS for ram 2019 big horn?
SO I still wonder.. The Chevy 350 was 5.7L, right? Why are these new engines still the same size? Why not make it a 6L or 6.6L like a Pontiac 400 engine?
What is the pipe diameter on the true dual set up? 2 1/4? 2 1/2?
That's that thunder. Maybe a little too 🤏 rowdy.
The guy from Ohio is the in the same county I’m from, I recently moved one county over. I’ll have to see if I run into him. Thing sounds wicked.
What about drone with each of these setups?
I guess ik my future set up for the future. True duals with a 6"
I have a 2015 Ram Hemi 5.7 I'm going with thr Tru Dual next month Yes!!!!!
I've got a 2022 Ram 1500 Crew Cab with factory exhaust... Had a 2012 with Super 44 flowmasters with resonators still on... Want new truck louder... What y'all recommend?
Can you tell us what size pipe is used for the true dual out of the cats to the back?
How much is the price come out for 2021 Ram 1500 hemi ???
Will these exhaust upgrades delete the Ram factory waranty
I would like to get some 6in black tips same as those, where do you get them?
Well my question is with the straight pipes will it pass DEQ? I don't want to spend the money to remove the muffles just to find out I can't pass DEQ here in Oregon
The shops there should be able to answer that is you didn't find out by now.
Local shop what's 350 to do the straight pipe.
Where did you get the 6” tips, looking for some for a 2017 Dodge Rebel
Y pipe was the sweet spot.
I cut my exhaust (5.7 hemi) just before the muffler with a sawzaw. Can I leave it like this or should I run pipe all the way to the back??
Definitely run pipe to
The back, so it don’t melt the rear bumper
What would an x pipe and small race dyno max mufflers sound like?
All the different exhaust setups I've heard over the years nothing comes close to true duals straight pipes
Thanks for sharing!
You bet!
True dual tips are gaudy. Sounds good though
Glad you think so!

I liked the true duels 👍
Have you done a etorque? I have that I would like to do but will it sound different when it's goes on eco
No they sound the same
These new trucks have so many nannies I wouldn’t be surprised if the muffler delete sets off a check engine
Do you guys except Canadian customers?
Absolutely
did he just void his warranty?
How much a true dual setup run?
Did you ever acheived to get the exact Challenger 5.7 sound out of a 2022 Ram 5.7 not classic.
I realy want the same sound as the Chally in my Ram.

All the sounds were a little off for my taste. Too tingly. Try the Gibson muffler!
Where are they located .?
3560 Dickerson road Nashville TN 37207
Do you have to made an appointment with you guys to do the work
Those tow mirrors are silly.
What’s the price of the true duals with 6 inch tips
They charge me a little over 900 to have it done with the 6 inch tips it well Worth doing this my truck in the video
@@kevinsmith6228 thank you

Tell me you want ur truck to sound cheap without telling me you want your truck to sound cheap
Id rather just have my 1500 be quiet
True dual sounds like shit way to much drone and raspy
First
Shut up
Nobody cares!
I care
The last two sound stupid for a truck. They were better off buying a challenger or charger if they wanted to do that.. they made em sound bruuuuute
wdym rams are faster than dodges
@@ragintaurusmusclemercury no it’s not that. It’s just the way people make rams sound like chargers and challengers. Hahah that’s what I meant
@@symonjonathan1027 do u fart
@@ragintaurusmusclemercury lmao idk what that means I just like a deep rumble for mine
@@symonjonathan1027 Ignore Willy, he's a troll looking for a friend.
So dumb the trucks already sound good stock
@wortheveryPenny I'm doing the same Wednesday. I had a 17 rebel, muffler delete, was the best sound ever
