I crafted the leadership legendary leg for my Boudica and Im pleased with the result. You get a little less raw stat then the epic with a talent but you get health instead of defense and some march speed, also you can put an iconic for more health.

About the ranged combat being unpopular, maybe one way to make it popular is to Abolish the integration talent and replace them all with engineering. This would mean current 'integration' commanders will be able to fire their active skills on range (e.g. Seondok). If you got a bunch of gathering commanders as 4th or 5th marches doing ranged combat, then siege equipment would make more sense. Especially in the early game.
Tbf the leadership gear isnt bad if you are a garrison player. Getting the over all troop attack of 15% for all troop types in a mixed garrison is pretty good thats atleast my opinion if i am not wrong :)
I’m in KvK 3 and have crafted the eternal night I’m 1 blueprint away from a special talent and it’s iconic I think that could be better then the kuraks humility. Nice Video 😄

No lmao, you get no set bonus and you only get 1.5 to 5.5% def if you have a 4 leaf clover shoved up your 🍑. You're better of crafting a set helm set boots with hope cloak.
Which you should never be doing. Why are you defending your city? You will be wiped out entirely unless you a mega super whale, in which case your gear already doesn't matter as you will have other full legendary sets.
trial of the lost kingdom is for players who will have it week 1 in the game and roll all the plebs with it. likewise, the attack gear pieces are actually very good for whales in lower seed kingdoms where they out tech everyone and the attack gear lets them decimate people in the field. you're not wrong though, most people should not be making them. (for the record, sacred grips and shios are best in slot until youre critting kvk gear)

im using leadership legs and boots + 4 eternal empire pieces for my guan yu/alexandros III. even without special talent, leadership legs and boots give you 14% health (there are none of legendary infantry equipments give you this stat) and 3% defense. the results are really good.
I crafted shio return now i am regretting becoz i am f2p so i planning to go 1 inf,1 cav,1 archer march so now only way for me is to salvage shio return and go for 4 piece inf set😢.
My big farm is backup garrison leader with Flav/Hera & top notch infantry gear: I had an idea for a while about crafting fierce wolf's set for garrisoning with siege only with Hera/YSS. It would be amazing getting winning trades with siege. I'd rather know about whether it could be a thing before going all in... What do you think?

You can't even Iconic the Trail of the Lost Kingdom, which is very surprising. I have Shio's Return & Sacred Grips. I decided after making them, not to Iconic them. When I can replace them, I might dismantle them. But that's a long time away.
@@OmniarchOfficial Only way to get blueprints is random luck on a crystal key or the events like Egg and Esmerelda. But with those you’re actually spending gems to get epic fragments (potentially 5 full blueprints needed for a talented)
The universal set , you don't like to have flexibility ? Example I just ran out of archers and can now shift to cavs. Another example as meta changes you can still field marches?
Better to min/max with your sets. That theory works if you only use one set in the whole game but you’ll quickly build dedicated sets of gear and it becomes basically useless and a massive waste of

Actually just had someone asking me for archer advice in game, talking about their recent crafts. They were still using edged boots instead of flame treads and had just crafted the milkyway choosing it over the set chest piece because they don't like the archer sets :)
@@Goremize I mean a milky way with a golden age is good enough. Full Archer set is pretty booty imo. A set chest and set weapon is slightly better but for the cost it's not worth it lmao.
Engineering should have turned gathering commanders into Ranged commanders, changed the Integration tree into Engineering & just reset the talents on all Gathering commanders and we just re key in the talents for free
I honestly find it really hilarious when epics have better stats then the legendary "upgrades"... hah I had not noticed just how many bad gloves there is in the game. or rather, just bad pieces in general in so many places. Also poor cav having best pieces not part of the set. Archers is interesting how they go from Revival set to legendary and even some pieces are still questionable like the pants/boots which fought for last replacement. Flame treads are soo good its funny how talented they are better then both legendary options until you count the set/iconic. Also Thanks for the acc legendary tips, we soon into kvk 3 kl so keeping an eye as to which legendary acc to watch for :)
I crafted the Greaves of the Eternal Empire. Primarily for the 4 piece inf. set bonus. The shield and chest piece are not great choices either. Running the Hope Cloak and Heart of the Saint (both expertised) are better.
@@soramatsu1 I have plenty of patterns for H of S, plus materials so I crafted it. But the important point is that the Leg. Chest piece is for attack and the weapon is worth crafting. So to get the march speed buff, I had to craft the leg piece. 5.5% inf health is fine.
@@rongray35 for inf the best combo would be inf set helm, hands, boots and weapon. the chest is obv hope cloak and the legs would be eternal night super late game. but you would we hopefully running a refined karuak humility legs for the extra health. the greaves are cool but theres just better pieces to craft and their just like eternal night. its an efficiency thing. to craft either of the legendary legs for inf takes away from what you couldve had. if your greaves are refined on craft cool, but the amount of mats that could go towards other gear for other marches.
Iconic applying to your legendary is the game changer tho. You miss out on alot of power if you keep justifying being cheap with Epic. Yes to start out sure but eventually you have to make the leap and upgrade legendary where you can IMO.

Scipio yes, Guan no. If you have enough sculptures to Expert Scipio and 5550 or expert Sargon you can make that much. However, if you are slowly gathering enough heads you would be better off waiting for the next set of infantry commanders.
A lot of these are old from before the new sets so I can understand people having some of them but the new ones that are so bad....why did they even make them? I dont know if its the best way to go or not but if you do the 6 piece hellish wasteland set you get +5 def (on top of the +3% counterattack for 4 pieces, and 3% health for 2)
Yeah I wish I would have seen this video year ago LOL basically it looks like a lot of the easier legendary pieces are not worth it. I just assumed that the higher ones were going to be impossible to get so I invested in a lot of resources for just a little bit of bump I just assumed that would be the best I'd probably get.
The real issue is how long it takes to gather the crafting materials for the pieces, not the blueprints themselves. BP's just kinda happen over time, just keep an eye out for a single egg event that has the type you want and often enough can get 30 quite quickly. Or just save up so many hammers you can pick whatever you want. Quite often by the time you manage to get the BP, you have enough mats anyway. Makes waiting for the right piece always a better choice to crafting a quick expensive boost.

It’s the base stat , it upgrades every troops by like a level or so , t5 becomes t6~ if you get many 🤠

Heart of the saint is for cavs. If you wanted a weapon should’ve either stuck with gatekeepers shield or crafted one.
