Embraer has been working hard for years, with technology, innovation and an above-average relationship with customers. It’s great to have an option on the market for buyers.
-I trained at the São Jose dos Campos CTA in the State of São Paulo, where the São Jose dos Campos Airport, the Brazilian Air Force University (ITA) and the training centers for Brazilian military personnel and the Embraer Factory are located. -Embraer started out as a state-owned company during the military government period and then when the country re-democratized it was privatized and really grew. -A great company with highly focused staff and projects.
Small correction: while it went public, it's not privatized, as the Brazilian government still holds the majority of shares and can never forfeit the controlling stake of the company since it's deemed a matter of national security. The government has special veto powers against any shareholder and can reclaim full control of the company in an emergency. So while the IPO was a smart move to make the company much more competitive and raised significant funds, it is, by no way imaginable, a common private enterprise.

The ITA (Aeronautical Technology Institute) is a FAB (Brazilian Airforce) military university focused on aerospace engineering. Only a genius can pass the exam to get in on this university, those who can pass, don't pay a dime to study in the best Latin America engineering university and one of the best in the world, they actually get monthly paid 1000 US$ TO STUDY in ITA, and they don't have to follow a military career in the end of the college. That's the reason why a poor country like us, is so good in the aerospace industry, because we invest money in that fucing thing, we don't own the space, because a sabotage from the "first world" countries, killed our best minds, but we are rising again, and we have a lot of friends now. The orange guy thinks we need them more than they need us, but the numbers show otherwise, how will the stripes country grow without our steel, corn, iron, coffee, and things that are critical to build a nation? How will Brazil grow without iPhones, Teslas and Chevrolets? The commerce balance is way heavier on our side. We need you, but you are addicted to us.
The first foreign vide that got Embraer right, it was always a military aviation company that did a side gig making Comercial Aviation Airplanes with military application potential, even if the revenue from military aviation was surpassed by the revenue for civilian aviation, it never changed embraer focus on military projects.
Indeed. Brazilians have been interfered with and nerfed by the US for centuries, but are a bastion of peace and anti war sentiment in this militaristic dystopia that the manifest destiny has been turned into
Then! Americans call us a third world country. They don't realize that USA put an embargo on Brazilian computer products in the 70s and 80s. USA military knew back then that Brazil was a power house in every aspect of the way. Had that not happened, we Brazilians would be calling USA a third world country. Kudos to my Brazil.

We created the airplanes, so the sky is our blood.

I have aviation magazines showcasing Embraer aeroplanes since the late 1980s

Two brilliant aircrafts from EMBRAER.
Just sub, keep putting good aviation content like this,
Happy 2025👍
The A-29 may have a new upgrade, A-29M. With Wide Display, and avionics closer than F-39E/F

Maravilha!

Brazilian engineering is serious business. Sadly, USA historically been trying for centuries to nerf them
C390 is reliability and advanced technology
Gostei do video, parabens !

mf knows wat hes talking about
Embraer was born as a civilian aircraft company as its first project was the Bandeirante and its second the Brasilia both civilians.
At 27/28 seconds into the video, the plane that appears is not the Super Tucano
Thanks for the comment. That is indeed not the EMB-314; it is an editing error. It’s a Beechcraft AT-6.

Congratulations, Brazil!! Just remember, there is not a latin Manifest Destiny

how ?
a Brazilian invented the airplane

We invented the first airplane, so isn't it obvious?
Almost sold to Boeing and got huge losses because of Bolsonaro's government, which even cut orders of the KC-390 for the brazilian air force.
That's the "patriota"
yea, the whole world is looking forward to seeing that f*ckface behind bars
Very well remembered!
Fortunately, for reasons beyond the control of that government - it is worth noting - such a tragedy did not come to pass!
Military division was not included on the sale to Boeing, only civilian part.
@@leokolln I didnt said so, and still it was a huge loss of money for Embraer as a whole.
