Colorado College Chamber Choir - "Blackbird/I Will" by John Lennon and Paul McCartney

The Colorado College Chamber Chorus offers a Virtual Choir rendition of "Blackbird/I Will", words and music by John Lennon and Paul McCartney. We had been preparing this wonderful 8-part a cappella arrangement by Jonathan Rathbone for our Spring concert. While there is no substitute for the in-person, human connections making music together provides to us as choral singers, this project gave us an opportunity to engage with one another while navigating these challenging times. We were very fortunate to have some of our friends in the Colorado Vocal Arts Ensemble join us.

Tasha Cogan Nguyen '90 - Thanks for sharing this beautiful performance! My time with the Chamber Choir under the direction on Don Jenkins gave me some of my fondest memories at CC. Singing together in a group of such powerful voices is a gift that cannot be described or duplicated.
