Mysterious Rider We just went for another woods ride so I will work on posting something for that. It’s been way to hot lately so we haven’t been riding much.
My wife learned to ride last year on a 2013 CRF110F I bought her. I ended up riding it more than her ; ) It was amazing fun. She would use it as an automatic, taking off and keeping it in 2nd gear. Motor is torquey enough and autoclutch works well enough that you can easily take off even in 3rd.
Thanks so much for such an informative video 👍🏼 thanks to this vid I went out and bought my son a 2022 crf110 and he loves it (so do I 😊) thanks again keep up the GREAT work 🤘🏼
@@DadsDomain well, as long as the ground pretty far from the head hahaha, especially in the matics, they have very low ground clearance as low as 120 mm or maybe some are lower from the factory.
Hands-down the most comprehensive intelligent well organized information and advice I found on this for my 12-year-old son thank you so much sir really appreciate it your boys look like they’re having a blast happy holidays #BikeLife 🎄🎅🏼💯🙏🏼
Great video, thank you so much!! How tall was your kid when you first got him this bike? My oldest son (Marco) will be 9 in May and is 4' 7'' tall, I'm trying to figure out if this bike might be a good size or too small. Unfotunately where I live (Panama) Honda does not sell these pit bikes, so I'd have to import one from the United States and there is no way of getting him to sit on one of these bikes to try it out. Thanks for your help.
I’ll bash on Honda…. Bought a 2024 crf110 for my son a couple weeks ago 3/26 to be exact. And 7 days later is blew up. Took it back to the dealer and they found that Honda never installed the oil pump shaft and drive gear… now they want to rebuild the bike under warranty and I do not want a rebuilt bike. I want the bike replaced.
Awesome review and very helpful! My 6yo is running a CRF50 right now. First bike, and will outgrew it quite fast. Was thinking of eventually getting a 110 as he isnt into racing, more into trails/fooling around. Question, can you still move forward from stop in 2nd/3rd gear like the 50 does? 110 will probably when he’ll begin switching gears.
Well what I do is always use Ethanol free gas and put stabilizer in it. Then I never worry about what gas was left in them. Its always good. Little extra cost but no plugged carbs or anything...this bike doesn't have a carb but the others do, lawn mowers...etc
Well admittedly I don’t know if then are in true spec. But my nephew has a crf80 I spun some laps on and could hear the valves were out and the cam chain was lose. Sure enough they were. Now granted they have to be pretty far past spec to hear that but the 110 sounds so solid and I am trying to take care of my hearing as I get older. I have met too many people who can’t hear anymore from loud noise all their life
Dads Domain thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I really appreciate it. Another question I have is why does it make that sputtering noise when u let off the throttle the carb ones don’t do that
You shift the gears but it’s an auto clutch. So as an example if you are in third gear and come to a stop it’s still in 3rd. It won’t change the gears on its own. My kids take off in second all the time
Question im 6.1 ft or there and 130lb and this bikes seat height is 25.9 inches would i fit this bike or should i get crf125f that seat height is 29.1inches so which one will i fit better? and ik im overweight
IMO the 125 would be better. At your size the 110 would be fun in a more silly way....but that’s also why pit bike racing is such a big deal. It’s so fun to ride. But as an only bike go to the 125
@@DadsDomain But one question more how is camshaft chain placed when cylinder is placed horisontaly (idk if i wrote that right) i could imagine it would look pretty weird?
Question for you, I want to get my wife her first bike. She is 5' tall and really doesn't want to use a clutch. The two bikes i am looking at are the crf110f and crf125f small wheel. Do you think the 110 would be too small for her? she really isnt going to be riding that much, she more just want to tag along on some of those group rides.
Nice bike and video too! I want to buy a crf 110 but where i live i didn't find a new one... there is only klx 110 or ttr 110. A friend told me that the Yamaha ttr 110 is much roomier and handles better than the KLX. What do you think? In my case wish one you will take? One like + Sub... you deserve it!
The only problem is sometimes the gas cap doesn’t want to unscrew. It’s a cap that clicks once it’s tight but it sometimes clicks trying to take it off and it won’t move. Eventually it does. Not a big deal but that’s literally the only issue with it
Sad but true! However if you do want to a PS5 sign up for nowinstock alerts with the Telgram app. I've helped about 4 people get a PS5 that way....doesn't work on bikes though!
@@DadsDomain I just bought a 2020 CRF110. When I saw the tag that said made in China, I was disappointed and almost didn't buy it, but you're right, they are held to Honda's standards.
This could be a deal breaker for me. I despise the way China steals technology and buys out every competitor in their way. I can only hope that Yamaha has not gone this way with the TTR110.

Thanks! 😁
🤡🐵👍🏿
I just got a 2009 klx140L not even in mint condition it was in show room condition I finally learned a clutch and now I’m happy 😃
Before you know it you'll shift and not even think about it! Good job learning though....too many people don't know how to shift anymore

The kids hardly ever used 1st once they got used to it. It was almost always used as a 2 speed with 2 and 3rd gear

about to convince my dad to get one of these with your video, awesome review, subscribed
Thanks! Really good video that pretty much summed up everything I wanted to hear! 👍 I'm picking up two of these since the TTR50's are outgrown.
Amazing video, just ordered my 2021 3 weeks ago !
You're going to love it they are amazing bikes

Fantastic review. Thanks for the content.
No problem glad you enjoyed it!
the horizontal also used in old GL bikes like gl100 in indonesia, and the matic bikes... and that been 30+ years of the congfiguration to exist
It’s crazy how long they have been around! Probably one reason why they have perfected the reliability so much

and it's alot cheaper, only in honda cub 125 the ressurection of the old cub, they put very high price tag for that heritage moped

Need licence or register or something? BECAUSE i wanna drive For driving track only ? Please help
12:50 the difference between 170 and 134 is certainly not 50+ 😉

0:19 my dad when I taught him how to ride lol
Hey we all like to have fun!
Dads Domain that’s true can’t argue with that
How do winterize drain the gas from the tank and what not
Well what I do is always use Ethanol free gas and put stabilizer in it. Then I never worry about what gas was left in them. Its always good. Little extra cost but no plugged carbs or anything...this bike doesn't have a carb but the others do, lawn mowers...etc
So like central park trails right because its not private but its owned by the city and like non street areas
No it would need to be a designated off road area
So is that little bike street legal or not? It seems to have no lights.
How do u know the valves are adjusted properly. I’m just wondering. I picked up one of these 110s and have been wondering this for a while! Thanks!

when I get the bike do I have to drain the oil

Completely automatic, up first gear to 2nd, 3rth, 4th ?. Sorry can you explain that ?

No I don't think they allow it anywhere

Well I paid about 2200 or so since I got a CRF50 as well
You can get a used one for 1950$
Can this bike pop a wheelie in 1st gear if you just sat down and full throttle
yep if you pull up on it I've done it a lot of times

$2500 msrp. But you can’t get one out the door for less than $3200

Yes but they are still held to Honda’s quality. Big difference from this and an SSR. We considered going the China bike route but decided against it
