It was a cold cold heart that removed the kitchen, rummaged through the valuables in a bedroom, and left all of those family treasures, photos and antiques. What an elegant home!
Full of possibilities but seems a bit overpriced. Appears structurally sound. Windows look like they'd need to be replaced. Given the proximity of the smallest bedroom to the bathroom, I'd consider turning it into an ensuite bathroom and connecting it to the largest bedroom. The bedroom you walk through to get to the terrace stairs would become a study with a sofa sleeper since you have another bedroom on the top floor. That terrace is the cherry on the top! Having a garage is a huge plus!
❤❤❤ beautiful home. Huge kitchen area for the inner chef you are. This is such a dreamy home. A lot of love and romance once was here. Just perfect. The space/terrace. Views. !!!
Ciao Fiorella and Aden, this house is endless, so much room. They do have a lot of furniture in each room. I had to laugh when we saw the "spazzatura" in the cantina. The terrace views are breath taking. It is a very nice house; the price is very reasonable as well. Thanks for sharing it with us. Amore da N.Y.
Is this house being inhabited now? I ask because it is hard to appreciate to full tour of the property with all the clutter. The terrace is spectacular! The cantina is partially usable. Can the street grates be closed off so that trash and water and /or trash be kept out of the cantina? This property has possibilities.
We believe it is not lived in full time but used as holiday home. I'm sure local builders with know to how would have ideas for those details like doors to cantina and the opening above
I have to say that, compared to others I’ve seen in this town and other towns on your TH-cam channel, this one seems overpriced. I’m Chen needs to be done, bathrooms look like they need updating, some windows and shutters need work. Lots of space and it has potential for sure. But when you’re starting at €149k, I wouldn’t expect to have to do much of anything. Again, this is based on other homes you, and others are showing on TH-cam.
interesting house. where does the water that would fall in that hole go? just flood your cantina? I don't get that at all. for a cityscape view. that oen is really nice. The garage is nice but the cntina is questionable at best, I'd think. But thanks for showing it.
If you purchase this home and they have taken everything they want can you have a dumpster delivered so you can pitch all that stuff you dont want? And is there trash trucks that picks up your weekly trash? Is there a small yard or does this home connect not just side by side but in back as well? Just curious how that works.
It has a lot of potential, but seriously overpriced. There isn't a kitchen. The fact that the city garbage falls into the owner's cantina, is REALLY BAD. That was a deal breaker for me. Who pays to have all that garbage removed??? It can't stay. What about water damage from the rainwater that falls in there? Where does the water go?
Just amazing potential! Love it!

Love these beautiful homes in Italy. My dream to own one day ❤❤
Lovely views! Nice home, it's very big. The town seems to be a nice size.
It is!
Beautiful!

Prego
Lovely. Is this still available
Very. Nice house🎉
Thank you 😊
How could you stop trash and water from coming into the cantina?
A geometra/ Surveyor may have solutions
Does the furniture stay?
That tunnel goes to the castle and maybe church?
Doesn't rain also come straight through that hole in the road into the cantina?
How do we find out which properties are still for sale? Do you update each one and say that they're sold?
You can check the description section of the video or our website
Are there services that clean out homes, including cantina. ???
Si

Would have liked to have seen the garage.
It's on the video. You may have missed it
Obsessed with your channel and this house. How can we get more info or reach out to Leonardo about exploring possibilities of purchasing?
Hi. Via our website

Do the owners clear out all the stuff?
Si. It all can be arranged
I wonder if you could get permission from the city to seal up that grate/drain in the street? So much usable space in that under-the-street cantina.
I don't see why not.

I think there would be a way to address that. A plumber might know
Is that a fireplace at the bottom of the cantina stairs?
I don't recall

How to contact you and find a house of my choice
As per video you can contact us via our website
I think you would have to pay them to REMOVE the " furniture".
Lovely home but perhaps overpriced 100k might be more reasonable
People can always make offers
