Everything is a very personal and subjective experience just because my positive thoughts aren't necessarily true, they are just my personal experience of life doesn't mean that it doesn't feel real to me. Stay aware of the things you tell yourself, what you believe in. 3. Letting go allows for easier manifestation. Let go of what you think the outcome should look like. Let go of control. 4. If you're suffering at any time. It's because you're believing a story which isn't true. 5. Don't be in conflict with anything. It's not worth it. Cut the drama out of your life. 6. Nothing stays the same. Tomorrow things will be different. Things you don't give energy to will slowly fade away. 7. Try not to fight against negative emotions. Welcome them in your space and acknowledge that they are there. You do not have to react to them like you have done in the past but to allow yourself to feel them and to validate your feelings and know that it's okay to feel that way. 8. The fewer opinions you have the fewer conclusions you come to and the fewer fixed ideas you hold onto the more bliss and joy will be yours. Just be free, open minded and nonjudgmental. 9. Resistance causes suffering. Allowance eliminates suffering. Allow things to flow. 10. Be aware and be here now. Your mind can be all over the place and there's endless chatter internally. Try to be present. Allow your mind and body to just experience what is going on right now. As you walk, drink, eat, breathe. Be happy with where you are right now on your journey instead of always looking for the destination or the end of the tunnel.
I just got rejected by my dream university, I had been studying very hard for a study field that I am so passionate about. Hearing you say that when life throws an obstacle in your way it is really all about the mindset. I got upset but when I put things into prespective, I can either stay putting myself down or I can still study harder for the next year. I believe that the universe has enough for everyone. This time I can take a step back and realize what lesson I can take from this experience and become a better version of myself. Love and Light to everyone. P.S. I think dancing really puts me in a good mood no matter what.🦋

Great video! I suffer/live with PMDD and therefor it really impacts my life when it comes to working on these things that you mentioned.. 😔 Do you have any tips for people that struggle with these tips due to mental illness?
Why dosent the loa work for me. I have been stuck for 4 years now not knowing where to go with my life. I have tried visualising, journal writing and creating vision boards, meditation, gratitude,helping the homeless and taking action. I have also done my bit too by applying for jobs, re-doing my CV networking, putting myself out there,reaching out to recruiters/companies, working on myself. Ask and then forget n carry on with my life bit things like this you can't really forgo. It's almost like my happiness has been halted. I find I can manifest small things such as clothes but not the big things. I was able to manifest big things in the past. How can I manifest my dream job? How can I manifest love/loving relationship? How can manifest travel? How can I manifest joy/happiness/freindships?
Grieving, as some people think, is not a negative emotion per say imo. Just because you're sad doesn't make it negative. In fact, if you're grieving the passing of someone/something you loved, you will think of all the good memories you had with them and that is positive enough in itself :)
