I just lost my dad three days ago💔. He died when he was just 40 yrs old and I am only 14. Now I know how it feels for the people who don't have a dad or a mom.

Recently i also lost my dad on 2-10-23 & he was only 48 & im 28.. i also have 3 of his grandchildren ages 8, 6 & 3 .. its extremely hard & we just gotta accept things happen & fall into place for a reason & we need to grasp & accept that everything will be okay & keep moving forward. Unfortunately the pain never goes...not really. There will be days when you'll feel better and think the pain is gone but then comes a song, father's day or something the reminds you of him and here comes the pain again reminding you that it's still there. You can only make room for it, learn to accept it and move on. My pop died 2 years ago and miss him every day. His visits at night in my dreams (if you believe in that kind of thing) comforts me temporarily but it does helps. The idea that i'll live the rest of my life without ever talking to him or being around him again hurts and still can't accept it but hopefully he's in a better place.

My dad is dying right now in hospice. He lived 47 years with MS and the last 12 as a quadriplegic. He NEVER complained and thanked Jesus every day for the gift of salvation. He was the funniest, generous, kind man I know. Thanks dad for teaching me about Christ and living the life of a true believer. You prayed for me all the time. You’re a better person than I could ever be. It’s time for you to go home...go running and leaping and praising God🥰

i feel you, my dad died in june 2016 , he had pancreas, stomach, lung, liver, brain cancer, it begun when he had pain in his belly, we made some tastes and they told us literally ''he has a normal stomach pain, no worries'' 1 month later , with his belly pain, we went to make an other test, they told us, ''he has pancreas cancer, its too late'' then his eyes, skin color turned into yellow, he begun to get seizures , he had a problem with breathing , he lost 20 kilo's in 1,5 month, the most painful and awful thing, that he loved me very much, i was his favorite son, but they brought him to me when i was playing on my ps4, they wanted to test his memory because the cancer reached his brain they asked ''who is this boy?'' he said ''who is he?'''i would never forget this moment, june the 6th 2016 at 23:50 i was with my aunt, she was on her phone, she looked with a shock in her face , 5 minutes later she asked me , ''would you be sad if your dad goes to heaven?'' i said no.... he died right? she said yes , i knew that he had cancer when we went to burry hem, i asked my mom how did he die of a stomach pain? she said i dont know i asked like 5 times she told me your dad had cancer.... my dad was a very brave, smart, funny guy, he loved his family and he loved to make everyone have fun, im now 13 years old, i cant forget his face when he was sick... i miss hem..

This pain is killing. I feel like my dad i gone for just few months and he is gonna come back. But the reality he is never coming back. I won't be able to hug him anymore, i can't hear his voice anymore, i can never actually see him again, it hits me really hard. Like i fell from somewhere high. Being around with friends gives me no pleasure anymore. I don't feel like seeking happiness anymore. @@sanghamitra8697 The hard part is when you think you're getting better but then you come across a song or movie that reminds you of your dad or when go to a place where he used to visit...it just triggers all that sadness all over again UGH But the hardest was a dream I had recently...I saw my dad boarding a plane outside the airport...I was inside banging on the glass window to get his attention, he was at the top of the stairs about to board and he quickly turned around, looked at my direction and waved at me and I cried and cried.

I know he’s up there in heaven but I still miss him. I am 13 right now and I feel like I’ve not done enough. Things with him and now I regret the things I haven’t done for him. I was on the bus home and I got a call from my uncle. He said that I should stop at a stop so he can pick me up. The trip home was silent but when I got home, I saw police cars and ambulances. Lost my dad to a motorcycle accident today. He had been in intensive care for two days. I was by his side with my fiancé, my mother and my little brother. He has given me everything I have, my car, my home that I share with my pregnant fiancé and my little rabbit. Everything I owe to him. He didn’t suffer in the end and he fought so hard to stay alive, even though he was 62 and the odds were completely insurmountable. I’m so proud to have called him my father. My dad died when I was 9 years old (2013) and I saw it all from the start, all the way to his funeral. It was sudden, so there was no Goodbye; making it harder to actually except that he was gone. So let me just say that I don't know what kind of person I would have turned out to be if it wasn't for him and his wisdom and love. i feel you, my dad died in june 2016 , he had pancreas, stomach, lung, liver, brain cancer, it begun when he had pain in his belly, we made some tastes and they told us literally ''he has a normal stomach pain, no worries'' 1 month later , with his belly pain, we went to make an other test, they told us, ''he has pancreas cancer, its too late'' then his eyes, skin color turned into yellow, he begun to get seizures , he had a problem with breathing , he lost 20 kilo's in 1,5 month, the most painful and awful thing, that he loved me very much, i was his favorite son, but they brought him to me when i was playing on my ps4, they wanted to test his memory because the cancer reached his brain they asked ''who is this boy?'' he said ''who is he?'''i would never forget this moment, june the 6th 2016 at 23:50 i was with my aunt, she was on her phone, she looked with a shock in her face , 5 minutes later she asked me , ''would you be sad if your dad goes to heaven?'' i said no.... he died right? she said yes , i knew that he had cancer when we went to burry hem, i asked my mom how did he die of a stomach pain? she said i dont know i asked like 5 times she told me your dad had cancer....

This pain is killing. I feel like my dad i gone for just few months and he is gonna come back. But the reality he is never coming back. I won't be able to hug him anymore, i can't hear his voice anymore, i can never actually see him again, it hits me really hard. Like i fell from somewhere high. Idk how to get going with so many stresses of college and peoole talking behind me. All this with my grief of losing dad on other hand. Everything is in dad end. Being around with friends gives me no pleasure anymore. I don't feel like seeking happiness anymore. I will just go on , with whatever i wanted to achieve or the desire but nothing will give me that enjoyment. I'm dead inside and i act cool with others. I feel like part of me was burnt when i realize that my dad ain't there. Everytime i watch something funny, i keep saying in my thoughts that my dad should hear this one. Then again i lose my smile after That. Its so hard. I have never thought. Having fun friends doesn't make me move on with my life. It makes me run away from there. U are right. But the hardest was a dream I had recently...I saw my dad boarding a plane outside the airport...I was inside banging on the glass window to get his attention, he was at the top of the stairs about to board and he quickly turned around, looked at my direction and waved at me and I cried and cried.

Lost my dad to a motorcycle accident today. He had been in intensive care for two days. I was by his side with my fiancé, my mother and my little brother.
He has given me everything I have, my car, my home that I share with my pregnant fiancé and my little rabbit. Everything I owe to him.

I’m turning 14 now
Im turning 14 in may, my dad died of cancer 13 months ago, (December 13th 2018) I need someone that understands What its like but I can't I don't know anybody else that has lost their dad xx
We are the same. My dad is a alcoholic and he’s really sick right now and also had seizures. I never cry but I’ve been crying trying to feel better and that he doesn’t did.

My papa is also alcoholic he has sugar too he drinks because he have so stress many time he tried to kill himself he ia drunk now too i am so afraid if i lost him 😭😭
1 week since my father pass I'm extremely lost heartbroken and seeing my mom in pain makes it all worse.
My dad died from cancer stage 4 when i was only 13 now i’m 19 i miss my dad so much i remember the days when he said
“Daddy is coming for you!” When we were playing tag with mom and his last words are “Remember i love you..”

I lost my step father this past Easter and I miss him so much. He was always there for me and now I feel so lost. He was the best dad I could of ever had.
I hope my father never dies i dont want him fall in death i sometimes ignore him but always feel bad and i always love him so much dad if u watch this comment please i just love u so much please dont leave me alone i love u dad ill never forget you i am going to be with u dad forever...
