Would the replacement of the cc board help my case, here's the issues with my phone whenever as of recently I use my phone while it's charging it's going nuts, it turns off and it turns back on the charging, charging doesn't exceed the discharge alot of the time and a pop up shows up that informs me about the slow charge (the charging goes as low as 130mA, probably even lower but that's what I saw) also most of the time after using the phone for a bit I have to let it rest for like 30-60 min before putting it on the charger but even that doesn't help sometimes, however sometimes the charging process is perfectly fine 5500+ mA no interruptions. I tried different chargers and cable (same specs and brand), I tried different sockets and even tried it at my neighbors house and it's the same. The battery appears to be in good condition and it discharges at a normal rate.
I had a very similar situation with my tablet a year and a half ago, the only difference was that the battery was discharging extremely fast, I took it to a service and had the battery, cc board and charger replaced which only fixed the problem for a few days -.-
hey i had a similar issue before and went crazy trying to diagnose it but in my case (after wiggling the flex cable with my hand) found it was almost definetly the flex cable
Hey, do you by chance know if these boards are compatible between models ? I have x3 pro with busted charging and option to buy broken x3 nfc for parts with good display (which might come to use later on in life). So my question is will nfc charging board work in pro model ?

I have poco x3 pro and the problem that i have is that the phone not detect on the pc but it can charging. I also cannot use the otg.
I already try all solution like changing the cable, reinstall driver, try other pc, try other otg cable and so on.
So do you know the problem? Because i thought if the charging port and ribbon is the problem then i think i can replace it myself. If it is other problem then i hope you can answer my question

Hello! Poco X3 Pro: the problem sometimes leaves the charge and starts to go again, before that there were four repairs, they changed the lower charging board, on the last one they said something related to the upper board, should it be?
Well it can be some IC's too..yeah sometimes it can be the logic board.Need to go one by one. And also OS issue, try to reset the phone after a back up.

do u need to remove the flex cable from mainboard?
NO need, you can disconnect it from the charging board. It is safe to remove that is why.

First, try a different cable, power adapter > Next, you can open the device for any loose connection > Next, you can try to replace a new charging port board..Initially you can try with these steps..

I changed the port, it started charging up to 14% then shut down and only a white led appearing up sometimes. What would be next step? Battery was going very well, has 9 months, should I try to change it anyway or the motherboard? thanks!!!

my poco x3 pro is charging slow, mi turbo is showing but it takes almost 3 hours to charge 20% to 100%, i check using accubattery app or ampere it show only below 2000ma incoming some times 150ma the battery usage is fine just slow charging issue..
It maybe the charging port or board, easiest replacement is the board. But finding an original one will be hard. Also you can try a hard reset. And also sometimes software updates creating issues too. Needs to diagnose with software and then moves to hardware

be careful when removing the tray, i messed up the motherboard main flex connector when trying to remove it, had to buy a new one, also there is a screw which is covered by a sticker which is easy to miss!
