And then later this same guy gets interviewed by Max, Regina wants us to save. Telling how these Militech arms got ripped right out from under his nose. AGAIN. Hah. The detail in this game man.
Yeah, he likely had those arms taken away and replaced with shittier versions (if he was lucky), like those soldiers mentioned in one sidequest who Militech outfitted with the best implants on the market and as soon as the press stopped looking the corp took them away and gave them outdated implants

We all have the same reaction with Ziggy for hearing Martin's story about his life. Pretty cool that he has those Militech arms, but this is Cyberpunk and everything has a price and heaven help him if those arms made him a Cyberpsycho the next day.
Step 1: Bring some poor bastard in from the street. Step 2: Let them tell their sad story for a bit. Step 3: Fake sympathy. Step 4: Fix their problem (without addressing the root issue), preferably in a way that makes your sponsors look good. Step 5: Receive praise and improve your brand. I heard the developers supposedly had some people who research where our future is collectively going based off of news, would events, politics, and statistics and they came up with this for the in-game society. Of course, the game is based off of the tabletops games but I guess they found some ways to introduce real life predictions of how dystopian our world will maybe lead to.

@@Bumbumbr-zu5gc nah GTA v did this too. the low fps is video compression because the game still needs to fit on a Blu-ray disc and be reasonable to download. had they not done this i would expect the game to have an extra 10 - 20 Gigs tacked on.
