- In this video, I am traveling from Okinawa to Osaka, to spend six days between Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara! We start with spending Christmas Day in Osaka, where we eat delicious local cuisine, visit a Christmas Market, and catch a light show at the Osaka Castle. Next, we are headed to Kyoto to enjoy all of the main attractions, eat traditional foods, experience a traditional tea ceremony, and discover hidden gems! Lastly, we end the trip with a day trip to Nara, where we spend the day hanging out with free-roaming deer! We discovered so many delicious restaurants, got to experience the history, and truly embraced all of what each place had to offer.
I know it's a long one, but I hope you can sit back, relax, and enjoy traveling through this beautiful country!
Let's be friends🫶🏻

I live in Kyoto!! But I love Nara!! It’s a cradle of Japan!
Omg I loved Nara and I agree! I thought it was so underrated! Everyone only talks about the deer but the parks, restaurants, and cafes are so cute☺️🫶🏻
There are some nice lodgings deep in the mountains of Kyoto⛩️
What a wonderful, memorable trip of a lifetime. 20/10 stars

Nice! Did you guys get Kansai pass? Any recommendations?
We didn’t use the Kansai pass because we heard it is not always worth it😅 We saved a lot by taking the local trains instead of express and found it affordable and comfortable! One place I would recommend in Osaka that I didn’t record was Takotako King America-mura! It is a bar that specializes in Osaka food and we went on New Years Eve. The food was amazing and the people working were the nicest!
