If Jackie Chan is in a movie you can bet some undercranking or frame deletion was used. Most Hong Kong movies employ at least a bit of undercranking to speed up the action.
A notable exception was Bruce Lee, who was so fast some of his scenes had to be overcranked so you could even see his moves clearly.

Bruce then suddenly called him 8 or 9 months later and asked him to come for the movie, but he couldn't due to his new project and he was out of the country. Bruce got mad and called him a liar, which upset him.
He ended up going to film with Bruce and they talked about it and it was fixed.

As hot as Michiko was, the really scary bit is the table stunt at 2:00. Notice the glass doesn't shatter like most stunt glass. It breaks into plates. There's a couple ways to do that, but all of them are significantly more dangerous and there's a decent chance the stuntman going through the glass is going to get cut, and bad luck can mean landing on an edge which even with pre-broken and flattened edges can still be like landing on an axe blade. Crazy dangerous.

It's just amazing how every one's fighting choreography went through the roof after they left the period kung fu flicks from the 70s, and started modern era 80s flicks. Jackie Chan, Frankie Chan, Gordon Liu, Sammo Hung, Yuen Biao, Dick Wei, Hwang Jang Lee, Andy Lau, Yasuaki Kurata, Yuen Wa, and so on. For me, about 83 to 92 was the best age of martial arts flicks.
