I had a poo poo week, and I can’t tell you how much this video improved my mood. I almost jumped up for joy when I saw it was a full tutorial! Thank you for sharing your talent & skills, I always learn something from your creations. I haven’t painted since prior to Christmas, but now want to paint tomorrow. ❤

Just started doing painting 1/11/24 first time. So thankful for the seahorse painting technique. Plan on trying it. Love the paper towel lift as a brush technique! Thanks.

Wade your one of the only artists I've come across who uses brusho, one of the reasons i started following you months ago. Your narration of your videos is very soothing to listen to as is your informative approach to your art. Greatly enjoyed this one, thank you

you should incorporate the flute in to these paintings maybe at the end or just in the middle a nice melody while you paint

Very happy to see you back on TH-cam and a full length video which I enjoyed very much. You mentioned using Brusho with alcohol ink and would love to know how to use them together. I have been playing with alcohol inks and need to practice more. Maybe you could do a video with alcohol ink and Brusho on yupo paper.

ohhhh that would be fun:) I dont' dabble in the inks but I bet Julie at Cheap Joes has some awesome videos on them:)
... and on Yupo... that would be a hoot!

Thanks I’ll see if Julie has a video on Brusho and Alcohol inks. Wasn’t sure if the two can be used together because water and alcohol does not mix. I will have to test it and see what happens.

I love my brusho crystals too! How do you finish your work? Mat and glass, varnish, wax?

Yay!!! glad to meet another Brusho-er :) haha
...Ya typically put under glass:) I'd be a bit leary of anything else but would love to hear anyone else's experiences?

@@WardStroud Alex Fong uses a spray varnish on his watercolours and then diluted brush on varnish over that isolation coat before adhering to a cradle panel. Other's have had luck with Dorland's Wax. I'm about to try both of them and will let you know how much / if I save on material and time.
