The fortitude of a 20 year old to sing in such an arena facing nothing but hate and booing is insanely impressive and I highly doubt any other contestant could deal with such pressure and perform an AMAZING performance.

@@ys5220 Eurovision has anti-booing tech. This is not just for Israel though and is longstanding I believe. The Live version had in the semi final both booing and cheering. I saw different videos and the ratio of boos vs cheer seemed to vary based on what part of the stadium the video was recorded from

Eden was nominated 2nd by the public, but only 12 by the jury.
This huge gap is sadly unprecedented, proving how the jury is corrupted by political agendas and not judging base on talent and performance only.
Israel had great voice but the political lyrics (she had to change)… and then she said she’ll join IDF after the contest. Nobody wants to reward this. 🇵🇸☮️🇮🇱

Whatever happened to humanity, this young 20 year old young woman, received hate and death threats everyday, could only spend time in her hotel and the arena. Yet she held her self beautifuly and delivered a near perfect performance. To me she was the winner in every aspect of her presence and talent.

Eden is my hero. Such a tiny young girl, but so talented and powerful! She is the absolutely winner in her duel against this stupid group of haters. I wanted to give my voice for Ireland, but changed my mind after the waves of hatred that the Irish singer spreaded against Eden. I gave my voice to Eden. She is a real wonderwoman.

I’ve just watched a video on X (under the #Eurovision2024) that someone in the audience had filmed on their smartphone. Booing would be an understatement. They were screaming at her - chanting ‘europapa’ because they blamed her delegation for getting Joost disqualified.
How she remained in the ‘zone’ and kept her composure is astonishing.
She’s a true artist and her voice is strong and very pure. She deserved the 323 votes from the public. 🙏🏻

This girl is amazing after there were threats on her life, disrespectful behavior from the other contestants, boos from the audience at every performance and she still hasn't stopped being amazing!
Well, Israel is for sure the moral victor, Eden gets the award for bravery and grace in the face of hatred and the people of Europe got the chance to show the screaming hordes in the streets do not speak for all of us. And it was proven beyond the shadow of a doubt, that which most of us have known a long time already, those supposed juries of professionals are at best ignorant at worst bunch of souls for sale

I dIdnt like just some the dancing in the backgound which was a distraction, but the song and her wonderful rich voice literally raised me and gave me goose pimples. She is epic and sang with a soul. I feel this song should have won.
The song is about the 7/10 attack, and specifically the massacre in the Nova music festival. So the dancing represents the young people that danced in the peace festival, and found their death in the most horrendous way, just because they were Israeli. If you watch the official clip there are more symbols (of the people who hid in bushes for hours for example)
