@@Triftseer not sure exactly, I was asking the same thing. They release them in batches so just gotta wait and see. Me personally I also read the manga so subtitles don't bother me but I know a lot of people don't like them. The animators are on break but I don't really know if that's the same for the voice actors more specifically English/etc voice actors for different dubs . Voice actors typically have multiple roles to fill at a time so I'd assume they're still working
Yea I haven't even started egghead island arc cuz I don't wanna get halfway through and have to take a break. I'm not watching it subtitled. I don't speak Japanese nor want to read subtitles the whole time. So it's time to binge other anime for like two years until they bring it back and finish up the arc
What usopp think says and does is how a normal person would react to one piece world according to Oda and the one piece fan letter definitely applies tht logic
@@mauliafajarpurwanto4845 yea but it doesn’t mean anything if usopp doesn’t recognize tht for himself which imo he should’ve but I’m not the writer I hope we get big daddy vs usopp in canon
It’s was literally a fan letter so awesome. I was like there’s literally a one piece fan I saw in every character. The theorists, power scalers, personal inspirations, wtf is even going on, just everything. So amazing they hit it on the head with this one
Yeah, the scene of the marines arguing about who's the strongest swordsman in the bar felt like a typical discussion you could have with anyone in the fandom loool
Its a great work because as viewers, when watching these kind of shounen, we often "associate" ourselves more to the OP protags than the average soldier/mob. And always seeing a fight from the hero and his powerful comrades's perspectives makes the viewer desensitized to how ridiculous and dangerous it really is to bystanders.
I loved this special because it showed the relationships some fans have I kinda have the same relationship as nami but with chopper he really connected with me same with robin thats why I love them sm
I want to keep the trend going.. like The next letter episode should be called ''News Letter''.. and show the perspective of Shank's journey with the Gold Roger Pirates. Or ''Love Letter'' Luffy's mom.
Bro when i first knew it i thought it will be like "oh it's just a girl trying to see nami" but when I watched it.. bro.. I felt something that was so.. incredible.. it was like i was going to be a pirate...
I think One Piece never really resonated with me because of the Artstyle. But this animation really makes me want to get into the series. Too bad I have to watch 1000+ episodes to understand what's going on 💀💀💀💀
Thankfully, there’s a fix for that! Pretty soon, Wit Studios is going to start broadcasting a One Piece remake where they start from the beginning and cut out all the filler elements and hopefully the pacing problems. This should help those who feel intimidated by the number of episodes. I personally started watching One Piece at Impel Down, and let me tell you, that was an intimidating number back then. I can’t imagine how it must feel at this point when we’re 1100 episodes deep.
@@coltonwilliams4153 I hope they wont cut the fillers, just fix the pacing and update the animation to modern standard. G8 Arc is filler and is good enough to be canon, also episodes with the sea monster pirates are also fillers and damn I would love to see episodes of that dugong again.
It’s worth every minute. I was in your same shoes only a couple of years ago. 1000 episodes may seem daunting but it went by rather quick for me. Granted I binge watched it when I had covid and got through like 150 episodes in a week lol
The problem Is that you want to see One Piece as It Is now instead of enjoying the journey. Even ir you only Watch one episode per day, that only means you'll have an adventure for years to come. There Is no Rush to get to 1100, just start with one, see If you like It and enjoy yourself If you do
@koolaid680 ya I believe after sabaody arc in one piece netflix jumps straight to egghead for some reason. So most seasons aren't there nor is the fan letter.
To be fair, Usopp and Nami are far from ordinary. Yes, they're nowhere near as strong as the rest of the Strawhats, but using their wits to win battles is very impressive. Nami is brilliant with her use of weather manipulation and attacks, and even before Usopp could use observation Haki, he could tank damage that can kill most non superhuman beings in the One Piece World
Let’s phrase it as “animation not to yoir taste”. Objectively, it is incredibly well-crafted (in a lot of ways even “more well crafted” than the beginning of Wano animation, but both of them are great). It may not be to your taste, which is fine, stylisation is always subjective, but it is one of the best one piece animations in terms of how well-made and thought-through it is (I say that as an animation major and part-time animator). You don’t have to like it, but stating outright that it is objectively “very bad” is simply incorrect
I would want more of these fan letters episodes then Fishman Island, although I would prefer to have the current arc of one piece dubbed in English
Are they pausing the dub too? I assumed they would dub up to the current episode of the sub.
@@Miss_Yonkooh they aren’t catching up in dub?

I don't think those lasers were Kizaru's, those were in fact from the pacifistas.
Who care, its still lasers.A pacifist has cost just like a battleship. With that amount of attack, its death sentence.
Yes they are Pacifica's, Kizaru's lasers are much faster and destructive
