So beautiful to see this video (I thought I had seen them all!) knowing how things turned out for them and I had seen the video where her keeper (here it says it is Philip but I thought it was someone different) saying that for him, he would be the proudest man ever if Murera had a baby. He absolutely adored her and I was just so happy for him when she made him the proudest man. I wonder if someone is going to write a book about Umani Springs. A magical place, magical elephants and keepers.
(Am I the first one to watch in the world?) It's so beautiful! I'm sure that all we want tell is "Look, Murera and Sonji, it's all yours that your two-leg mom prepared for you!" Be happy and wild, girls. Thanks for this video.
Heavenly to see a new majestic home for all the SENTIENT creatures from heaven and earth in the care with the family and staff of the SWT❤ Proud to sponsor Toto and Chomboi...God Bless
❤Sheldrick is a wonderful place for all these orphans & even going further for the ones who came in with injuries that would affect them for the rest of their lives so that they could become moms & leaders A beautiful sanctuary with so much ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The site Umani Springs is absolutely beautiful! I am sure the little eles will be happy there. I fostered Kamok last winter and I wonder if she will be sent to this delightful park. It is lush and has somewhat of a look of paradise for the elephants. God bless you for all you do to save the world's treasure, The African Eelephant.
Linda, Kamok will be released either in Ithumba or Voi since Umani is more for elephants with a little handicap, but she is still so young . I went to DSWT in June , have pictures with Kamok since she is also one of my foster babies , I have 7 in total ;)
Dani R Dani R., thank you for the clarification regarding Kamok. I would love to see your pics if/when you post them. I certainly plan to foster more nursery babies in the near future and pay a visit one day. Which ones did you adopt so I can look for them in the monthly updates? Thanks again-
feel free to check my Facebook Linda or Dani globetrotter , pics are there and public ( mine are Kamok, Mbegu, Mashariki, Balguda, Zingoloni, Ashaka from the nursery and Kenya ( that is her name since eshe was found near mount Kenya ) who is in Voi unit )
It was a brand new reintegration unit, so they were the pioneers. It was chosen for elephants with some kind of handicap that would make life hard in the drier plains, while Umani has greenery year round. There are about a dozen elephants there now.
and now Murera is a proud mama!☺ thank you for everything you do SWT!❤

Thank you 🕊🇺🇲💕
Thank you!!!! And that truck design is amazing. Not sure how the hallway on the one end makes the truck stay balanced. Kudos to the magical engineers!

My gorgeous Ele Murewa
The 2 graduated woohoo.
Murera and Sonje both have baby girls now!! 🎉
♥️🐘♥️
So beautiful. Are they literally the only two elephants there? Will they get to choose being out in the wild or live permanently on site?
They are lame so they will always need some protection and support as semi wild elephants when grown.
You would have a tough time replacing those keepers with the hours and effort they put in.
Nice music
😍💕💕💕💕😘
Where are the other babies to greet them?

I thought Murera should stay at the nursery because she was not able to live alone as an adult !!! ?? please advise
Murera has her own stockage at umami springs. She also has a beautiful daughter. I’m so happy for her. She deserves the world and more.
@@cameronhowe1110 Yes I know the adorable, very intellignt and funny Mwana !!! I love her so much !!!! baby love !!💓🐘💓
