Agreed, silent hill is far worse than the entities realm. That's why the entity can't really control pyramid head. Also in silent hill 3 she remains pretty charismatic in the face of what she's seeing. Silent hill seems to be one of the most traumatic horror settings. The entity had rules, silent hill does not. She's also one of the only survivors to have killed a god. Arguably one as strong as the entity itself. She's up there with a few others as most likely to escape to the real world.

Yeah i would definitely put bill in "happy to be there" since he was pretty happy when the zombie apocalypse happened because it gave him something to fight against and its the same with the entity's realm
I see your point but I don't really agree. Because in this realm hes not actually getting a chance to fight hes mostly just having to run and survive which is very different
i don't think that Felix is scared, i'd say since he'll never see his child and suffers the same fate his parents did; that he is more angry and depressed than scared. the entity took everything from him and now he is fighting it in somewhat close quarters. He's most certainly not happy but i think the way he cracks his knuckles and his calmness in the lobby show that he is confident in what he's doing and has something to keep him going, his daughter and maybe looking for his parents, who knows what they'll do with the lore :D
Honestly I’m not sure if Felix is actually scared or unhappy. He literally chased after his father when the entity was in the process of taking him, I think the whole scene was about him going voluntarily. Like he moved on after accepting the death of his parents only to see his father still alive and disappointed in him and so he went after him looking for answers.

It's been said multiple times that Bill is very happy to be in the realm of the entity. He's hated civilian life. He isn't sick of fighting, he's sick of being stationary. So being in a world where he must fight to survive every second, is very happy for him
What about killers least to most happy to be in the realm/serve the entity? Deathslinger would be an interesting one because his lore suggests that he sees the survivors as Bayshore, the prison warden etc. so he's quite happy as things are now. However, if he realized the entity was tricking him I think he would be the most angry he's ever been
Up. But some killers would be a little hard to read, like Myers or Huntress. And some others would be more like a despair deal close to their supposed end.

I believe Quentin should be higher, when things spilled out and he was near his end he was focusing all of his hate onto an entity so evil that not even death could hold him and he partially got away with it with the entity’s intervention.
it is genuinely saying something that freddy's evil presence alone didnt draw the entity out or seem to interest it but quinton's hate for freddy was so strong it actually drew the entity's attention and peaked its interest. Like some literal dream demon couldnt get our eldritch spider god thing to bat and eye but quinton hated freddy to such a degree it did
Quentin should probably be more neutral. Freddy is able to dig up your fears. Facing someone like that in the dream world seems tougher than surviving the procedural. Same with Cheryl.
I feel like over time, after survivors realising that they’re kinda immortal, some would get PTSD and kinda break down, whilst others might get an adrenaline addiction and actually enjoy the thrill.
Tbh entity feeds off hope, not excitement. The majority of survivors have tenacity, not as in the perk, but the trait, they all want to escape in some sense. Some have families to return to, others need answers or have some goal in mind while in the realm and there’s no reason to remain there after they’re done. Even Feng and Ace probably don’t wanna stay, they see it as a challenge but eventually they would probably want to return as Feng wants to win the challenge which would mean escaping for good and Ace is a gambling addict and you can’t gamble in a horror multiverse hell game.
@@dungeaterfancam i think with ace its more like he has hope that the next escape takes him back to real life not the campfire because he believes in his luck. All survivors seem to be taken due to the fact they wont just give up and accept their fate, but have some form of hope. Feng mins hope comes from the hope to win, Bill comes from hoping to get his team out, etc

I understand that ppl do that often to raise morale and also to boost their own confidence but Lisa 's expression is genuine because she herself isn't normal and she is probably happy to see Cheryl as Alessa who would likely forgive her. This video made me realize how fricking cool it would be to have felix's child as a survivor, or even better, a killer. Growing up thinking that felix abandoned them and their mother. Ash is definitely the most confident person here lol. He fights demons regularly and is joking while doing it so I don't think there's a single killer who would intimidate him. He's supposed to be scared of some teenagers with knives? Also in the lore he was taken right after being sent to the future where his family is dead so they wont matter to him. Again, that's not a weird situation for him cuz he's been sent through time before and even in his bio he handled the situation fine. It's like saying "Bill has been through the military and slaughtered mutated zombies but he's old and isn't with his friends so he's scared"

I'd personally put Bill in the Happy to be there tier, since in Left 4 Dead it said that he hated getting discharged from the military and always wanted an enemy to fight, and in his Tome lore, there's a part where it said a part of him even missed the feeling of fighting chaos. And now that he's in the Entity's realm, he can save more people and outsmart his enemies
Fact fact about Adam's backstory: He actually sacrificed himself. The door that flew off the train was bound to hit a girl, but he rolled into it's path to stop it.
I feel like Leon should be in confident. From the text of his perks to knowing the character from the series he comes from, I don't think Leon would sweat the entity too much. If it was re4 Leon he'd be tormenting the killers lol

I'd put Laurie in the quite scared category. She was traumatized from seeing her friends dead and almost being killed herself. Her lobby idle shows her being weary of her surroundings, looking over her shoulders so she's definitely scared but in a controlled panic. Also, her idle while sitting on the log shows her freaking out while trying to control herself.
So let me get this straight: Cheryl (a GOD slayer) Leon and Claire (who fought hordes of zombies, Mr X and Birkin) are not confident but David King (who just fought guys slightly bigger than him) is? Also yeah, Mikaela seems chill in her animations (like the majority of characters who you said have nervous/frightened written all over their body language) but in her lore she was TERRIFIED of the entity. I love your content, and I agree with many of your lists, but I found many flaws in this one.
I definitely agree with Cheryl's placement. I feel like having faced the supernatural that many times would only make her more scared of the unknown rather than more confident.

I think Ash is actually the most confident of the survivors. As you said this is Ash's older self. He has family and friends back home that he wants to get to. However, he's been through a lot in his life up until this point. He's confident he can get out, and maybe even save other survivors, because he's gotten out of wicked curses and even places before.
If I’m remembering correctly Benedict baker described David as extremely cowardly even if he could outrun the entity but was literally emptying his bowels when thrown on a hook.
For Lisa, I don't think she's scared for herself but of losing others. We do see her terrified of the monsters in Silent Hill but she fear losing someone the most as seen in her (spoilers) death scene. She was literally begging for Harry to love her or care for her because no one really was there for her when she was taking care of Alessa. And her idle animations and camp fire animation suggests that she isn't putting a brave face but rather a sweet and soft face to calm down others and likely trying to find out how she can be useful to others so she woon't lose them.
Cheryl? Quite scared? Really? No, Cheryl would be more like "Oh. More of this. Yeah great. Fine, let's do this." She's been through three lifetimes of darkness and surviving horrors most can't even comprehend, she seems to know she can never escape it either - the cult, the fog world, being used to try to birth a god, have psychic powers, burned alive, having to find her adoptive father dead... Cheryl is just tired of it and a sassbucket about life to keep herself sane. This is just another chapter in the never-ending struggle of her life. I'd put her at the tail end of neutral. Unlike a lot of these other survivors, she has a lot of experience dealing with other realms full of things that want to kill you. Nothing in the Entity's realm even comes close to the personalized terror of Silent Hill.

Forgetting the actual video. That part in the gameplay when you vaulted the pallet and the huntress was there and you just accepted your gate and stood still made me smile.
As a Feng main I was so surprised to see her in “possibly happy to be there” but it totally makes sense! I thought she’d be a lower rank because of how loudly she screams (originally, of course, you’ve somewhat changed my mind)
Imagine if they add a Marine as a survivor. I bet he/she would be pretty damn confident, especially if it's heavily implied they came from our world and played the game.
I think Felix should be higher. He travelled a lot when younger and was exposed to a lot of different cultures. Also when his parents were taken he sought out what took them instead of simply accepting it. I think he'd be in a better place mentally than a lot since he at least has an idea that the entity existed. Plus, like Elodie his parents were part of the Imperiatti. And they seemingly knew of the entity.
Knowing what you're dealing with and enjoying what you're dealing with a quite different things. Yun jin lee for example actively accepted the Entity's realm with open arms but that doesn't necessarily mean she enjoys it she accepted it because she wanted a chance to screw over the trickster.

I'm actually pretty sure that Bill is possibly happy to be in the Realm. If you read his DBD lore, it says: "he still has the only thing he ever wanted: an enemy to fight". So I'd say that, even though he's kinda tired of all the killing zombies and trying to survive stuff, he kind of just got used to it. It may just feel familiar to him, he might feel at home in the Entity's realm, because he has people to take care of and enemies to fight again, just like he did his entire life. He seems like a person who is a fighter by choice, not only by fate's decision, and so as long as he can fight, and has something to fight for, he's just feeling this satisfaction of fulfilling his ultimate goal. Tbh entity feeds off hope, not excitement. The majority of survivors have tenacity, not as in the perk, but the trait, they all want to escape in some sense. Some have families to return to, others need answers or have some goal in mind while in the realm and there’s no reason to remain there after they’re done. Even Feng and Ace probably don’t wanna stay, they see it as a challenge but eventually they would probably want to return as Feng wants to win the challenge which would mean escaping for good and Ace is a gambling addict and you can’t gamble in a horror multiverse hell game.
@@dungeaterfancam i think with ace its more like he has hope that the next escape takes him back to real life not the campfire because he believes in his luck. All survivors seem to be taken due to the fact they wont just give up and accept their fate, but have some form of hope. Feng mins hope comes from the hope to win, Bill comes from hoping to get his team out, etc

Yeah, that's what I thought when he said Lisa is putting a brave face lol. I understand that ppl do that often to raise morale and also to boost their own confidence but Lisa 's expression is genuine because she herself isn't normal and she is probably happy to see Cheryl as Alessa who would likely forgive her. Her campfire animation is her literally sitting flirtily lol.

Ash is definitely the most confident person here lol. He fights demons regularly and is joking while doing it so I don't think there's a single killer who would intimidate him. He's supposed to be scared of some teenagers with knives? Also in the lore he was taken right after being sent to the future where his family is dead so they wont matter to him. Again, that's not a weird situation for him cuz he's been sent through time before and even in his bio he handled the situation fine. It's like saying "Bill has been through the military and slaughtered mutated zombies but he's old and isn't with his friends so he's scared"

I'd personally put Bill in the Happy to be there tier, since in Left 4 Dead it said that he hated getting discharged from the military and always wanted an enemy to fight, and in his Tome lore, there's a part where it said a part of him even missed the feeling of fighting chaos. And now that he's in the Entity's realm, he can save more people and outsmart his enemies

I'd put Laurie in the quite scared category. She was traumatized from seeing her friends dead and almost being killed herself. Her lobby idle shows her being weary of her surroundings, looking over her shoulders so she's definitely scared but in a controlled panic. Also, her idle while sitting on the log shows her freaking out while trying to control herself.

So let me get this straight: Cheryl (a GOD slayer) Leon and Claire (who fought hordes of zombies, Mr X and Birkin) are not confident but David King (who just fought guys slightly bigger than him) is? Also yeah, Mikaela seems chill in her animations (like the majority of characters who you said have nervous/frightened written all over their body language) but in her lore she was TERRIFIED of the entity. I love your content, and I agree with many of your lists, but I found many flaws in this one.
Same with Ash Williams who fought things stronger then the average zombie

I think Ash is actually the most confident of the survivors. As you said this is Ash's older self. He has family and friends back home that he wants to get to. However, he's been through a lot in his life up until this point. He's confident he can get out, and maybe even save other survivors, because he's gotten out of wicked curses and even places before.
The fact that Felix's wife and future kid think he's either abandoned them if not straight up died. 😭
Another feature people don’t see is that every survivor have a unique animation sitting around the campfire in the main screen.
If I’m remembering correctly Benedict baker described David as extremely cowardly even if he could outrun the entity but was literally emptying his bowels when thrown on a hook.

For Lisa, I don't think she's scared for herself but of losing others. We do see her terrified of the monsters in Silent Hill but she fear losing someone the most as seen in her (spoilers) death scene. She was literally begging for Harry to love her or care for her because no one really was there for her when she was taking care of Alessa. And her idle animations and camp fire animation suggests that she isn't putting a brave face but rather a sweet and soft face to calm down others and likely trying to find out how she can be useful to others so she woon't lose them.
Cheryl? Quite scared? Really? No, Cheryl would be more like "Oh. More of this. Yeah great. Fine, let's do this." She's been through three lifetimes of darkness and surviving horrors most can't even comprehend, she seems to know she can never escape it either - the cult, the fog world, being used to try to birth a god, have psychic powers, burned alive, having to find her adoptive father dead... Cheryl is just tired of it and a sassbucket about life to keep herself sane. This is just another chapter in the never-ending struggle of her life. I'd put her at the tail end of neutral. Unlike a lot of these other survivors, she has a lot of experience dealing with other realms full of things that want to kill you. Nothing in the Entity's realm even comes close to the personalized terror of Silent Hill.

i feel like now that ash is in the realm, he kinda doesn't really care that much about anything outside the realm. Ash lives for being the jefe in the lore, i think he's definitely top teir and probably the most headstrong, cocky and confident survivor

Forgetting the actual video. That part in the gameplay when you vaulted the pallet and the huntress was there and you just accepted your gate and stood still made me smile.
As a Feng main I was so surprised to see her in “possibly happy to be there” but it totally makes sense! I thought she’d be a lower rank because of how loudly she screams (originally, of course, you’ve somewhat changed my mind)
Imagine if they add a Marine as a survivor. I bet he/she would be pretty damn confident, especially if it's heavily implied they came from our world and played the game.
I think Felix should be higher. He travelled a lot when younger and was exposed to a lot of different cultures. Also when his parents were taken he sought out what took them instead of simply accepting it. I think he'd be in a better place mentally than a lot since he at least has an idea that the entity existed. Plus, like Elodie his parents were part of the Imperiatti. And they seemingly knew of the entity.
Knowing what you're dealing with and enjoying what you're dealing with a quite different things.
Yun jin lee for example actively accepted the Entity's realm with open arms but that doesn't necessarily mean she enjoys it she accepted it because she wanted a chance to screw over the trickster.
i feel like laurie would be terrified considering no matter what halloween timeline you take it from she’s traumatized from that night and after those events she’d still be terrified from facing one unstoppable killer to like 30 unstoppable killers

I'm actually pretty sure that Bill is possibly happy to be in the Realm. If you read his DBD lore, it says: "he still has the only thing he ever wanted: an enemy to fight". So I'd say that, even though he's kinda tired of all the killing zombies and trying to survive stuff, he kind of just got used to it. It may just feel familiar to him, he might feel at home in the Entity's realm, because he has people to take care of and enemies to fight again, just like he did his entire life. He seems like a person who is a fighter by choice, not only by fate's decision, and so as long as he can fight, and has something to fight for, he's just feeling this satisfaction of fulfilling his ultimate goal.

I knew where Dwight, Claudette and Feng would be automatically. It's funny bc the way people play as them are the exact same way, it's always Dwights hiding in lockers
