The weapon is not the problem, there is a bug happening that gives Strand-Kinetic weapons 10% more dmg
What you're describing is the classic bungo monkey paw...like as someone said nerfing arblest just to drop lorenz, because genuinely HOW THE FUCK did that actually make it past the drawing board, 1 shot body with literally wall hacks just like the cheats for having it equipped, not even in hand and broken aim assist

they really got rid of like 66% of the game when beyond light came out to “avoid power creep” and phase out the “overpowered pinnacle weapons” just to continue to drop weapons better than those pinacles ever were

No matter if they take off target lock it’s still going to be strong I have target lock roll and kill clip roll and one without a damage last perk all good range and it still destroys people

Today i learned that SirD's dog is named "Hype"
The reason the smg is so good is a bug. Kinetic weapons deal 5% more dmg than energy weapons and cuz it is a strand weapon, it gets the buff twice for some reason. Same with strand snipers. Right now Kinetic-Strand weapons deal 10% more dmg.

I had a whole phase of only using smgs the last 2 seasons , tbis season i start using gnawing hunger and nlw i cant figure out smg engagment range i wanna abuse immortal
Everyone is talking about how good it is in PvP(which it certainly is), but this thing with hatchling in PVE is S tier for threadling builds
If you want a nasty combo do Immortal with Fighting Lion
I haven't noticed any change in pvp. Last word lucky pants reaper with double resilience boost and double kinetic damage just eats. Doesn't care about rifts or wells.
