But it was time to refresh my taste buds and give yall my honest opinions on a bunch of snacks I bought from an American grocery store. A&W Rootbeer is an American classic. Mix it with a scoop of vanilla Icecream in a glass and you got a Rootbeer Float. Mmm yum! 🇺🇸
pretty much only americans like root beer everywhere else they think it’s gross
Also with root beer we like to make root beer floats! Take vanilla ice cream and pour some in it and slightly mix it!

@@sarahjanebetts it’s so good! Growing up my grandparents would make us root beer floats as a treat! And yes sadly a lot of us when we were kids growing up ate pop tarts for breakfast 😂

everytime someone go shopping for american candies, lord knows they always get the ones nobody hardly eats.

... and many of them aren’t American. Such as in this video, *Swedish* fish..😅 But her videos are well put together and entertaining, even for someone like me who doesn’t consume any processed products.
Poptarts are a breakfast food. I prefer the frosted brown sugar cinnamon or the unfrosted strawberry with butter on it.
*Poptarts are a really unhealthy breakfast food* it's literally a snack, like a really sugary snack. I would not recommend for breakfast.
hot fudge sundae is the best poptart

Pizza. Flavored. Goldfish.
Also cookies and creme pop tarts, followed by hot fudge sundae ones. Those are my recommendations. The hot fudge sundae ones are good in the freezer.
Amazing video! I’m from the USA so watching other people try common snacks is always entertaining. I can’t believe you didn’t like the root beer! I love root beer! The extreme cheddar goldfish are wayyy better. No one ever eats the original ones lol Reese’s and Swedish Fish are two of my favorites. You could do a series of trying snacks from other countries! :)

yes, we do eat pop tarts for breakfast in america! my fav is the cookies and cream ones! also you got the wrong goldfish, get the flavor blasted ones, theyre so good 🩷
Can confirm. This basket of snacks would cost ~$25 in the states. Also, the whole "pickle in a bag" thing is really only stocked as a relatively healthy shelf-stable grab-n-go snack at convenience stores/gas stations. Also, with the goldfish, look for one of the "flavor-blasted" varieties they put extra seasonings on those. And we don't like Tootsie Rolls either. We have no idea who is buying them enough to keep them on shelves...
What state do you live in? In california it would probably actually be somewhere closer to 40-45 ish for that bag.

They eat it for breakfast in Gilmore Girls, that’s the only time I’ve seen people eating pop tarts.

I had a pop tart every year in high school bc they gave free lunch and the options were strawberry pop tart or stale bread with bologna. I wouldn’t eat it at school but would bring back home to warm it up. It’s much better but yeah, it’s weird how it’s a breakfast item in the US 🤷🏻♀️

Some good food to eat as an American: sprite, white pizza, m&ms, Oreos, steak, peanut butter on crackers or jelly on crackers, wheat thins, honey pork and the list goes on

I wouldn't recommend the original goldfish, instead get the cheddar goldfish. I'm from the US and try a snickers bar, they're my favorite candy bar, or if you want to try a gummy candy try original mike and ike or dots.
Gotta freeze the pop tarts and get the strawberry files one

btw: u can eat pop tarts when their not toasted but I prefer toasted bc its melted
