    I have always loved Finn. He did not deserve to be locked in a box for 9 centuries. By his own family.

      True but maybe if wasn’t so judgmental towards them and actually like spending time with his siblings when he got daggered by the five klaus would have taken it out

      @@Sliky_59 still, it’s over the top. Kol was far worse and Rebekah was daggered for decades… as much as I identify with Klaus (minus the power hungry urges), I still think he should’ve let Finn be, he probably would’ve not wanna spend time with his brothers anyway and would’ve driven into the sunset with Sage and live happily ever after lol.
      The way they all treated Finn during his final moments reveals that they still cared and loved him… so yeah, nobody deserves to be daggered for 900 years for being a “dullard” or “momma’s boy” etc etc
      Plus, the entire character (I’m sure it’s also the actor) had a lot of charisma and boldness in him, which added to the appeal -- would’ve loved to see more of Finn.

      @@iamvsimon kol was barely with them he was traveling with witches he had a bloodlust he couldn’t control same thing with klaus so they had things in Common Rebekah and Elijah was always there for him in the flashbacks we saw it seem like finn was jealous of klaus and ester’s relationship

    i cried when he died the 2nd time. 😭 finn was greatly wronged. Despite what he did. Those 900+ years made him so crazy. In a coffin abandoned by his own family. What did he want? He only wanted to live. Was he asking for a lot? 😭😭

    OMG! I love the video.In my opinion Finn always had a lot of unexplored potential although we had crumbs.Ester adultified him by turning him into her support in a way that Mikael was not and could not be.He and Kol run in opposite directions with him hating magic for those he took from him and Kol always searching for it,which probably solidified his idea that Kol was too wild and chaotic . Elijah is the protective older brother who adulted himself to protect Klaus and Rebekah by serving as a father, but Finn does not fulfill a paternal role for his siblings or a protector, He fulfills the role of his mother's companion, he is her creature and greatest ally, worried about his brothers to the extent that they could hurt his mother.After Freya he was unable to approach any of his siblings, scared and traumatized. He is also probably the only one who knows the price that was paid for his existence and there is a hatred towards his brothers for not knowing it and not appreciating it.Finn didn't have the luxury of love until Sage when they were both vampires and the timeline is unclear, we don't know when Klaus and Elijah separated them or if you or what to do with one of their moments of jealousy. Finn, like Kol, is outside of Always and Forever but he was never granted the grace that Kol was given.Always a stranger and never loved, except by his mother to whom he showed devotion.
    His story is as tragic as that of his brothers, but resolution is never given because in the grand scheme of things it never mattered and the separation is as much his own failing as the grudges his brothers carried.
    I will always regret that we didn't see more of him and Sage and that they didn't give him time to heal his trauma. 😢

    This was an Incredible Masterpiece for Finn Mikaelson. Finn Mikaelson Truly was The Most Noblest of The Mikaelson Siblings he Never Fed on and Anyone and The Only Person he ever Turned Into a Vampire was Sage The Woman He Loved. Finn Mikaelson was The Definition of an Underrated Character. Both Casper Zafer and Yusuf Gatewood Truly did Incredible Performances Bringing This Tragic Character To Life. Hey TVDU Editor since you Made Tributes for The Mikaelson Siblings can you please make separate Tributes for There Parents Mikael Mikaelson and Esther Mikaelson?

    Finn should have left with Kol that night they wanted to split up. They should have snuck off in the night. Him and Kol could have taught each other. Finn could have taught control to Kol for his bloodlust and Kol could have taught him to embrace his vampirism even though he saw it as a curse. Finn wouldn't try to control Kol physically and they would probably fight but They could have been each other's backbone and rock. Kol as you saw was worse off with Elijah and Klaus. Elijah and Rebekah were always up Niklaus' ass because they were scared of him and were blindly loyal even though Klaus treated them terribly over the centuries. Kol and Finn were the only ones who weren't scared to go toe to toe with Klaus and told it like it is. Which is why Kol and Finn were seen as the outsiders since they never bowed down to Klaus.
    Finn and Kol actually could relate to each other better. Because Finn and Kol both lost who they were when they were turned as opposed to the others who found out who they were when they turned. Kol was a witch and he lost that ability. Finn was a 26-29 year old man when he was turned which means he knew who he was and he was a provider for the family before turning. He lost that when he turned which was his loss of identity as a man since he probably felt he was no longer needed. He also didnt have children before he turned which is possibly trauma from Dahlia taking Freya. He remembers what she said and probably didnt want any of his own children to be taken so he probably abstained from women for the most part. When he found Sage, he found happiness and he felt better in his body. Kol and Finn are smart, strong, resilient, and determined. They would have made a good team. Finn's mental intelligence, Kol's witty strategies, Sage's manipulation tactics, and even Kol's significant other who would most likely be a powerful witch. Imagine the strength of Kol and Finn if they weren't ever daggered. Finn wouldn't hate his existence as much as he did and he would be happier since he would have Sage and Kol would be able to be close to what he loved which was magic.
    All I'm saying is if they left that night, Kol and Finn would have been better off and totally different people. Kol would still probably call him a bore or dull but not to the extent because he would be happy because he would have Sage and be away from the judgements of the rest of the siblings. He probably would have let loose on occasion with Kol. They just squandered all potential of Finn and Kol and the healing of a relationship between brothers.

      @@ariaryayy7314 I mean Im interested to know more of him but he sadly has the less story to tell of the originals cause he was only alive a little over a decade due to him being daggered for so long. Im still pissed we didnt exactly know why they left him daggered they kind of left that ambigious.

    • @ariaryayy7314
      @ariaryayy7314 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@malivore7264 because the writers were lazy with him. They never tapped into the true potential of the character Finn Mikaelson. He had the makings of a great character. The character had everything going for it. The look of an older brother, the anger, the need for revenge, the reason he was put away for 900 years. He was just a plot device to move the story along for the rest of his siblings redemptions but he never got redemption. He could have been a plot device while being a compelling character.

    • @malivore7264
      @malivore7264 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ariaryayy7314 yeah I agree on that. But I disagree somewhat on not having redemption, you could go with the side of he did redeem himself when he died saving elijah from lucien and being acceptive of his family at the end or you could even take the position he never needed redemption to begin with and was more of an anti hero doing bad things for good reason.
