I'm mixed half Indian half white Canadian. I never learnt my dads language Punjabi. I'm so upset I don't speak or understand it. He's passed away a few years ago. His side of the family doesn't speak to me so I have no ties to it nor do I hear Punjabi very often anymore. I remember him playing this cd and singing along all the time. Lol, tell me you know nothing about Sufism without telling me you know thing about Sufism. Sufis were probably the most staunch followers of Islam. NFAK wasn't a sufi, he was a singer and a musician. Those are two different things.

Sufis are basically Muslim individuals who have devoted their entire life and entire self to Allah Subhanahutalallah, who have detached themselves from all the Worldly life, all the materialistic life, just for the sake of their creator. Sufis sole purpose in their life is the worship of Allah (SWT), which is the most important principle of Islam. Like I said earlier, they are the most staunch followers of Islam
