The first time I saw it I was in a theater in NYC with what I thought was an entire room of only adult gay men, but when the ending scene happened, a secret squad of teen girls SCREAMED out of joy, it was everything. My favorite time going though was my third where I took my aunt, who is gay as well. I full on sobbed when I went with her. She was a rock for me when I came out and she definitely didn't have movies or literally any media at all like this growing up. So it felt like such an important movie to experience with her. Living for those socks btw

We were all sat together and the movie brought us together to the point where it felt like we all knew each other. There was a group of teenage girls, and then two older men. We all laughed and cried and screamed and it was so great to be a part of group that all had something in common. To anyone who hasn't seen it: WATCH LOVE, SIMON. ITS EVERYTHING.

my favorite artist this month has been declan mckenna! all of his music is so different, like you’ll be listening to one album and it’ll feel like you’re listening to multiple because they just feel different! one of my favorites of his is brazil :)

Love, Simon is honestly one of my favorite movies and I absolutely loved the book as well. When I went into the movie theater with my friend (and mind you this was on the release date) it was just a few 40 year old couples and one other teenager with her family.

I’m not quite sure what genre of music I would stick him in, but his music just makes me generally happy and seems to transport me into a sunny day in a very green backyard with birds chirping all around.
His name is Tom Rosenthal and he has one of the most unique and interesting (yet still beautiful) voices I’ve ever heard!! Definitely check him out!
He has a TH-cam channel where he posts his music (I suggest watching his vlogs, they never fail to calm me down) but you can also find him on Spotify!!
