Hey man great video im swaping my 335i right now. i just got a boost box and im confused tho, theres 2 connectors from the stock boost solenoids, i know 1 of them goes into the boost box connection but what do you do with the left over stock boost solenoid connecter? Just leave it unpluged or plug in the stock solenoid?
BlueN54 hey I'm in the process of swapping mine too, but I'm only using JB4 so I don't have / need a boost box.. so do I just leave both of my solenoid connectors unplugged? Also how did you relocate your coolant reservoir tank? I noticed you didn't have a video on how to relocate it.. but great video man!
so port number 2 connects to the top of the wastegate. port number 1 goes to a brass T fitting. One of those lines from the brass T fitting goes to the pressure source (turbo), and the other goes to the bottom of the wastegate.
On the manifold the more you tighten the the middle part with the v band came together?

What did you do with the other solenoid? And the vaccum lines attached?

does it matter which side of port do u connect those? and what do you do to the other port? (2 ports for the stock boost solenoid)

So I have I a garret 6465JB I would need to do this since there isn’t a port on the turbo correct?

What did you do with pcv system?
Did you have a problem getting wasegate tight enough to monifold? I'm using the same wasegate doesn't get tight enough what clamp are you using ?

61mm JB .82 A/R. this housing is the compact housing- 3in inlet, 2.5 out, but the standard is 4in inlet, 3in out.
So you blocked the water ports on water cooled turbo? Surely this isnt good.
no, its not needed on this turbo. its a cheap, budget turbo. let it be known that the highest HP n54s do not use the water cooled option.
