I was pregnant with my first when I saw Regarding Henry in 1991, and this Front Row Joe trailer came on-- very loud. My son jumped -- it was the first time I felt him move. He tumbled around through the whole trailer and then through the entire movie. I had to rent the movie later from Blockbuster because I couldn't remember a thing, I was so focused on what was happening inside me, not outside me! :) I didn't have any real thoughts about Front Row Joe before that--but since then? He's my absolute favorite cartoon movie trailer.
Oh my gosh! This rings back so many memories! Cinemark was the only theater we ever went to when I was little. I remember seeing these cats before Beauty and the Beast, MuLan, even Star Wars!
I worked for Cinemark in Highschool. The theatre was actually where I got my 1st kiss from my highschool girlfriend, Becky. Sadly, the theatre is gone. :(
Doesn't Joe know that the front row is one of the worst places to see a movie? The audio sweet spot is 2/3 back and in the middle. That’s where audio engineers sit to balance the sound, and where you’ll get the full effect of the chopper buzzing by or the building exploding. This is the one that I remember from my childhood. Played right before my screenings of Rescuers Down Under and Home Alone.
I always loved this!! Miss it...

Why is no one talking about how Clyde literally gets banished to the shadow realm for littering?

What Clyde said in this trailer (incase you didn't hear him) "Check this out. (laughs)"
It's still peppy.
