At the college I work at, we currently get Internal Verifiers to complete an Internal Verification form. The Internal Verifier has to fill out responses to questions on the form. It is then emailed to the trainer to add their comments on the same form, and sent back to us.
I would like to make the process a bit more automated and exist with Moodle. I have tried using the Feedback activity. The Internal Verifier can respond to the questions within the Feedback activity, however, the issue is that the trainer can't add their comments in response to the Internal Verifiers comments, as only one person can add to a feedback activity.
Is there a solution to this whereby the the trainer and the Internal Verifier can contribute to the same activity - e.g. a live document?

Hi @Melvin. The good news is you can do the Internal Verification form with Feedback. Presumably you have a Moodle Course and your Verification forms live in it. You'll have to set up the course to work in Groups and then you will have to set up groups so that the internal verifier is grouped with each trainer. Say there is 20 trainers and one verifier, you'll have 20 groups. Things get very complicated if you have lots of verifiers and trainers! Once you have set up your Feedback you also have to set it so that the various groups can contribute to it. Look at the very bottom of this course learn.myfutureway.co.za/course/view.php?id=18 . Enroll yourself for it and I will make you part of a group answering the Feedback that I created in group mode. learn.myfutureway.co.za/course/view.php?id=18
