You are a good observer it is a Dutch class 3700. This model is built by John van Riemsdijk because of his Dutch roots, soon there will be new footage of this model running on another track, I hope to film it next weekend in England.
You are right, it is a Paul Forsyth design from a Keith Cousins kit and I am a proud owner. You will find her also in one of my recent video`s made in the South of France.

This one runs on alcohol or Meth. Most of the locos do this but running on gas is becoming more popular these days.
I see. So does your 4-4-0 have actual valve motion? As in eccentrics and all?
Indeed it works with slip eccentrics which makes it very easy to run forward and backward, by just pushing it a bit in the right direction.
